The Urban Loft is a unique 35m² top floor getaway overlooking Athens city, the Acropolis and Lycabettus hill. It offers minimal design, large windows with great views & a private use 15m² terrace. You can jump into the jacuzzi or enjoy your day on the sun-beds!

Please note that the urban loft is located in a residential building, only a short distance from the touristic center and 150 meters from the metro station of Metaxourgio. It is an Airbnb oriented place, not meant to provide a hotel experience. You can have a unique stay in this hidden oasis in the heart of Athens!

During storms & heavy weather conditions, use of the private jacuzzi is forbidden for safety reasons. For the cold winter days, it requires around 1.30 hours for the pre-heating before filling the tub. It will be sparkling clean but NOT full upon arrival.

Parties, events & loud music are strictly forbidden.

There is an outdoor security camera looking at the floor building stairs, which can be taken off upon request.

Baby cot is available & charged 20 euros per stay.

Toiletries, towels & bathrobes are provided. Please, change only when necessary. Keep our planet alive!
