Villa "Eva" - Entire Beachfront Holiday Home - Private Pool & Garden - 4S

Villa "Eva" has been welcoming guests since May 2018.
(Guest reviews: 5/5 & 9.7/10 ratings on other travel sites)

VILLA "Eva" is a lovely holiday home with a magnificent seaview, ideal for relaxation all seasons.
The house is located uphill, giving the advantage of a panoramic view and a quiet location to relax.
The beach is 250m away from the house, ~3min on foot.
Free WiFi all through house, flat-screen TVs and air-conditioning (cooling - heating) in every room are exclusive privileges for your absolute coziness!
The basic capacity of the house is up to 7 people. Available 2 baby cots.
The property has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, living room with flat-screen TV (Netflix, Disney+), dining area with a piano, office desk & bookcase, wc. On the 1st floor there is a washing machine and iron, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and a living room in the hall with a sofa bed.
Wonderful terraces to enjoy every hour of the day the stunning sea view anywhere in the house, your breakfast or an afternoon coffee watching the glorious sunset then you'll know what we mean... VILLA "EVA" is an amazing house made with love that we hope you'll love it too!
Access is possible by public transportation, taxi or arranged transportation by us.
Bus stop "Iridos" is located very close to the house, 300m away from Villa "Eva", ~3min on foot.
***Renting a car is highly recommended, for your convenience, mostly for shopping (i.e supermarket), exploring other beaches or visiting restaurants in the area***
Destinations from/to El. Venizelos airport, from/to Piraeus or Lavrio ports can be arranged upon demand (extra charge). Feel free to ask us for further details.

Sophie was amazing to work with and very accommodating and quick to respond. Ocean was visible from the balcony. The public beach down the road was pretty but the walk was steep and we were traveling with aging parents so we took an uber to the Tahiti bar/restaurant and rented chairs and umbrellas on the beach, which was less than a mile away. The grocery store was right near the beach also so we could pick food up when we were done at the beach and get a ride back. Very nice and clean home. We didn’t use the small pool. Ubers were available in the area with usually less than 10 min wait.

Live in a palace

The home was beautiful. It was beautifully maintained. The view is excellent. The owner is extremely both hospitable and helpful. It is in a beautiful section of the Athens Riviera with easy access to restaurants, natural scenery great beaches, all very close by. Thank you, Sofia

Traumurlaub in Traumvilla

Villa Eva hat eine traumhafte Lage mit schönem Blick zum Meer. Perfekte Verkehrsanbindung, nur ca 20 Min bis zum Airport Athen. Die umliegenden Strände sind traumhaft, flach abfallend mit türkisblauem Wasser, perfekt für Kinder. Sofia ist die perfekte Gastgeberin und immer erreichbar und innerhalb kürzester Zeit vor Ort, falls mal etwas sein sollte.

Good kitchen, nice view, close to essentials

Ons korte verblijf van vier dagen was vooral om onze vakantie dicht bij het vliegveld af te sluiten. Enige minpuntje zijn de vrij harde matrassen op de bedden maar verder prima naar ons zin gehad. Goede uitvalbasis voor dagtripjes in de omgeving en het strand.

Villa Eva was just perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was well equipped, bedrooms roomy with lots of storage and dining outside with a sea breeze couldn’t be beat! The bathrooms were spacious and beautiful. Sophia was amazingly helpful and attentive to all our needs and concerns.

Relaxing stay!!

We stayed here after a cruise for 3 nights to just chill. It is a nice place and we were able to walk to the beach club a few blocks away and eat and lay by the ocean. Sophia was a gracious host and even helped us order a pizza when we couldn't figure out how to do it. She also introduced us to a driver that was able to take us to a concert and to the airport. The pool was a plus!

Nice Place!

The property was very nice. It was accurate to the description. The location is great but you will need a rental car to fully enjoy. Sofia was excellent as a host and provides wonderful little amenities not depicted in description. I would recommend this property and would use again.

Perfect for Ironman participants

This is a lovely home away-from-home really close to the Ironman 70.3 Vouliagmeni race venue. It was a perfect fit for the 6 adults in our party, and Sofia went above and beyond to help us feel at home. We all were wishing we could have spent a little more time at the house (and a little less time swimming, biking, and running, ha!). I don't know if participating in this same Ironman is in the future for any of us, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. 10/10

One of our best holiday flats!

The villa is really great. We ( family of five ) were there for 9 days and had a wonderful time. The view of the sea, the days in Greece, the beautiful days in the beach bars, you can really enjoy yourself here. The water in the sea is so beautiful. The pictures here don't do the place justice at all, everything is much more beautiful! Many thanks to Sophia, it was a great time in your beautiful house, we can only recommend it! Many greetings from rainy Germany!
