Hotel vicino a Atlanta Expo Center - Atlanta

“It is not as advertised. When you first get there you are standing behind a glass window and aren’t allowed in the lobby. The room had a hole in the wall where the smoke detector should have been, the phone was pulled out of the wall and just sitting on the counter, the wood flooring was split and coming up, the tv didn’t have cable it’s just there just because and there is NO ELEVATOR, so if you have more than one bag be prepared to carry it up 2 flights of stairs. “The room”

“There was a disgusting smell of marijuana all around the hotel, in the garden and at the entrance, and even in the corridors and rooms; there were no fire alarms in the rooms, there was no security, the bedding and pillowcases inside the room were filthy and smelled disgusting, and because the bathroom was dirty and smelly, I didn’t even take a shower. If you stay at this hotel, you are certain to catch germs, bacteria and viruses.”

“Bed was hard and there was a dip I kept falling into and the pillows were too soft. The shuttle was helpful and the place was clean. Overall the stay was fine nothing spectacular.”

“Stayed 3 days. Asked to clean the room. They take note and forget it! Then they knock the door at 10 pm... too late. No complimentary water or toiletries. Receptionist doesnt know if the room was prepaid or not. They refuse to print the invoice. After complaines eventually they print it but the room rate is wrong. They insist that their systems dont fail. Shuttle from the airport very dirty. The restaurant has just few things at an exhorbitant price”

“No signal to watch TV goes on and off.Coffee pot didn't work. The inside pool looked like it hasn't been used or cleaned. Breakfast buffet was good $19.99 all you can eat”

“The breakfast was very good, but you have to pay as an extra. The room was clean and comfortable, everything was working properly. The staff are always polite and kind. That’s the second time that we stayed there, and will come back again soon.”

“We loved how it is close and good linked to airport and at the same time the bis rooms. We had a problem with air conditioner but nobody was able to solve it and we were really tired. Anywhere, good place to sleep quality price.”
