“An absolute disaster at Motel 6 Atlanta Airport East. I had a late check-in and walked straight into a terrible smelling room that looked like someone had just previously used it. To make matters significantly worse, the air conditioning stopped working completely during the night, leaving me sweating with zero air circulation. The front desk staff was completely unhelpful and never even gave me the Wi-Fi code, yet they had no problem forcing a signature out of me at check-in. The lack of basic...

“Not the best stay. The sheets were dirty when we checked in. Front desk and housekeeping staff fixed the issue but should not have happened in the first place. The staff were friendly, but I don’t think I would stay here again.”

“Stayed 3 days. Asked to clean the room. They take note and forget it! Then they knock the door at 10 pm... too late. No complimentary water or toiletries. Receptionist doesnt know if the room was prepaid or not. They refuse to print the invoice. After complaines eventually they print it but the room rate is wrong. They insist that their systems dont fail. Shuttle from the airport very dirty. The restaurant has just few things at an exhorbitant price”
