“Was exhausted from Airlines Nightmare so the accommodations were average. Staff was pleasant at an odd time frame. Would recommend a quick stay ”

“The comfort suites at Morrow is very good in room conditions. You do not worry about breakfast because it is free and many different foods with milk, yogurt, coffee and so on. The front desk staff is very kindness. Her name is Mara and she changes our rooms for convenience family stay. Thank you Mara. The only problem is that the dryer machine does not work for the last day, but staff offered to dry in the main dryer area, that is the good positive.”

“Didn't bother with breakfast after my husband went to the breakfast location and he said everything was cold. The person working check-in was not friendly at all.”

“First of all the person on the phone was short and was trying to sell me a price double the price when I was online looking at the same room for 56$ with tax included. Also asked if they have a shuttle bus and he said yes, and when she arrived at the airport and got into the shuttle line they told her that there was no shuttle that goes to that hotel and that she would need to take a taxi or Uber to get there. The hotel was 12 mins away! 12! So she never got to stay in that room I booked for her...

“Camera pulita e non c'è la moquette. Personale cordiale. Colazione classica. Pulizie giornaliere. Non ci sono ristoranti standard in zona, solo uno a fianco dell'hotel. Comodo per raggiungere la città è necessario un mezzo proprio.”

“​I ended up checking out early because I simply couldn't get a good night's rest here. The overall cleanliness was a major issue—the bed sheets did not feel properly cleaned, and the towels actually had hair on them. Fortunately, I always bring my own towels, but if you stay here, I highly recommend bringing Lysol and rubbing alcohol. ​On top of that, the room felt incredibly muggy and humid. It is not a place I will ever go to again, even on a budget.”

“Overall the room was sufficient and spacious, the bed was nice and the AC worked well. I got stuck with a handicap room unexpectedly, so it would have been nice to have known about this or been given another option up front as I know there were other rooms available. Bathroom also showed significant signs of wear on floor and walls and was missing a soap bottle.”
