“I didn't have a stay. You booked a hotel with no availability. Fraud investigation. You need to release my money. Drove all the way there only to find out they had no rooms and you had put my money on hold. Saying no cancelation. But the room was never booked by the hotel. ”

“Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron.”
