“We hadden zoals gevraagd 2 kamers naast elkaar. Deze waren op gelijkvloers gelegen en hadden alle voorzieningen voor minder mobiele personen.
Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Minpuntje is het ontbijt, daar heb je keuze tussen 3 types burgerbroodjes met 1 drank naar keuze. Misschien beter dan geen ontbijt voor te stellen.”

“We had 2 - 3 day stays at the Premier Inn, Churchill Way, Cardiff a week apart, both were very good. The staff were very friendly & helpful to us. The few complaints that I have would be directed at management. Fresh towels are needed each day for stays longer than an overnight as there are no heated towel racks to dry the towels & they should be delivered to the room. On the 2nd stay the kitchen ran out of many food items on the menu, rice, fish & some chicken dishes - this would seem to...

“Location was perfect for me, not far from the train station and walking distance to the castle. The room was clean, very basic. You need to request room cleaning by 12 or a clean towel at the reception. No one is ever at the reception desk. The self check in is not great, it didn’t recognize my booking information nor did accept my other booking information. So I had to go find someone to help.
