“I booked the trip for my elderly mother. The Evergreen is the perfect place for seniors to be comfortable and safe.”

“The hotel was far from modern. No amenities in the lobby area. Dog feces were in the front entrance of the hotel. No cleaning services exist. In my four day stay the sheets were never changed or the towels replaced. I recommend a stay in a more modern facility.”

“The staff was a little nice was the older gentleman at the front desk that told me that no one will be there to clean my room up. I have one day I stay from Tuesday to Saturday. He said there would be no housekeeper to clean the room when I asked for towels, I had to go back to my room bring him the dirty towels to receive clean towels. I wouldn’t advise no one to stay at that hotel.”

“Greetings - The facility was clean. The staff, friendly and helpful. The lady with glasses at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. I was pleasantly touched she knew my name the next day after I checked in. I am particularly embarrassed that I don’t recall her name. Said she ls only there on the weekends. “The front desk agent was extremely rude and had no compassion or empathy. I reserved a room online and I went to check in. When I got to my room it was nasty. I immediately start itching.
