“Very clean and great staff”

“The first room we were assigned smelled musty and a roach was crawling on the wall, only one hanger in the closet! Went downstairs and the receptionist was kind enough to move us to the room upstairs…The place was quiet.”

“The staff were very nice , however the rooms were not very clean. The first room I was in had a brown liquid stains above the inside of the room door, as if someone threw coffee up onto the wall. The AC in the room was not great , the room felt muggy . I was switched to another room , no stains on the walls but the couch was full of stains , bathtub was not clean and spots of mold around the tub caulking . Safety was also a concern , several “women of the night” if you get what I’m saying .....

“I am an Hilton Honors member. I complained about the condition of the room aircondition equipment. ( the fan was extreemly load and I was awakened 4 times during the nigt every time the fan started) I was moved to another room on the 5th floor. This room was renovated very professionally. I was thankful for the new room”
