“The room and breakfast area was clean. We did have to call the front desk for the wi fi password and had thought it would have been printed in the card envelope like most hotels do. The pool was clean but very cold. ”

“The fridge wasnt keeping anything cold. The phone in the room wasnt even plugged in or connected to anything. There were holes in the walls. The sign in the room said any missing or damaged items would be reflected on the bill but there was no coffee maker or coffee or hairdryer or anything really. Some towels and an ice bucket. The laundry machines are coin operated but there's no change machine only an atm. At least the ac worked but I've paid the same price at other places and had much better...

“My stay was very disappointing. The building is mid-renovation, and the service was subpar; I was even cursed at by a staff member when asking for extra bedding. The sofa bed mattress was of such poor quality that I felt the springs all night and ended up using the couch cushions for padding. Definitely not worth the stay in its current condition.”

“Breakfast menu was amazing, pool was closed in the middle of April, manager was very nice.”

“Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made. ”
