“This Hotel is 5 star. I love this Staybridge so much. It feels like home. Comfortable beds. Clean. Peaceful. Breakfast is hot and plenty of choices. They have an afternoon/evening simple meal. They have a bar. I forgot my toothpaste they have complimentary ones. It felt great to use. 10/10. I have been booking this hotel since Feb of 2025 when my daughter was visiting Tuskegee University, now she is a student there. We came back a few more times. “Great hotel and convent to Auburn.”

“The AC unit in my room was very loud when it cut in and out as it interfered with my sleep. I tried to watch Netflix and the connection was poor and gave an error message that the tv was not connected to the internet. It was hard to press down the toilet handle. The door handle should be less piercing in the hand when you open it.”

“The hotel is conveniently located. The lobby was under construction. Check in was quick and easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. The room looked clean but there were some stains in the shower and something that looked like drops of blood on one of the comforters. I ask to have the bedding changed and they did. They never cleaned the bathroom though. I also did not get an opportunity to try their breakfast, so I can’t comment.”

“The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I especially appreciated having a kitchen and a large table, which gave us plenty of room to work on our laptops during our stay. “Room & property were clean but the TV in the room needs replacing because the color was terrible. The refrigerator in the room was loud & was hard to fall asleep.”

“The staff was very polite and nice. The room did not make me feel safe. The door jam was broken and screwed together which did not allow the door to close securely. There was dried vomit on the carpet, hair in the tub, and a towel that was supposed to be white, but wasn’t. ”
