“Friendly staff and big rooms”

“Everyone was very nice and friendly. There was only one working elevator for the guests and staff. This led to longer wait times on elevators. There was also an extremely long line for coffee in the morning. We had to wait until a guest checked in before they were able to refill the coffee pot. The line was at least 8-10 people deep waiting for coffee.”

“Great hotel. They are currently doing renovations but this did not affect us on the 2nd floor. Room was very clean and updated. Bed was comfortable. Only bad thing was the water pressure was poor which made for longer shower times. Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking lot was well lit. This was our second time to stay here and we would stay again.”

“I was sick during the night of my stay and left small stain on the bed sheet. I told the desk manager that as I was checking out and he said I would be charged a $50 fee to my card! Outrageous”

“Room was fine, it was pretty clean and had nice bedding. Could use a smart tv. Staff weren’t that friendly and weren’t very competent. Person I checked in with told me breakfast was from 6 to 9, went there at 8:20 and they had already closed. Talked to other staff member, said they always close at 8. Wouldn’t recommend people stay here unless they don’t care about service and just want a really cheap hotel.”

“Immaculate room. No ice machine, no cups in the room. Comfortable bed, good air conditioning. Overall, I would recommend the place.”

“A wonderful hotel. The rooftop restaurant is outstanding with great food and great views over the campus. Highly recommend this hotel. The staff was excellent, the room very comfortable and the location is excellent, right across from the campus and a block from Toomers.”

“Terrible, attempted to check in and they said they were oversold and there was no rooms for me and they can do anything for us. No emails or notifications were sent to us regarding the oversell. Never again.”

“We got the jacuzzi room and besides having a water spot where someone before us spilled water out of the tub, it was such a wonderful experience. We wanted to relax and we were able to! Our only issue was the cleaning lady was at the desk while we were in the lobby and arguing and complaining to the guy at the desk (? Owner). It was a bit awkward. Other than that, for an older place it was pretty good.”
