Perfectly located steps away from the main street of Parnell Rise, this spacious 3-bedroom 1970s home is ideal to stay near the CBD and city fringe. Along with quick access to SH1 and SH16, it`s just a few steps to restaurants, bars, and shops in Parnell Village. An outdoor pool is a hit for those sunny days.

Thoughtfully curated with minimal furnishing, artworks and furniture, the two-storey home offers open-plan living with outdoor and indoor flow, viewing the backyard garden and pool from the living, kitchen and dining. While the main lounge with TV and streaming apps is a cosy space to gather and have quality time with our loved ones, the swimming pool and backyard are wonderful places to hang out during sunny weather. A fully-equipped kitchen can satisfy any great cook for the family. One on-site garage parking and one off-street parking space outside the garage are available to make use of. Please be aware that the spa pool is currently out of operation and is not available for use.

✧ Please leave the pool in the same state it was in during check-in
✧ If you have children, please ensure they are supervised at all times, to ensure their safety and security. The gate to the swimming pool must be closed and secured at all times as per New Zealand regulations of pool area safety
✧ Kindly be aware that our pools adhere to a predetermined maintenance service schedule. Our team might be present on-site during your stay to guarantee that these amenities are maintained to the highest standards for your enjoyment. We will make every effort to minimise any inconvenience and complete our tasks promptly
✧ Please be aware that the spa pool is currently out of operation and is not available for use
✧ There is a deck located on the upstairs level, that cannot be used
Longer Stays:

Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Please provide expected check-in time. Will we do our best to cater to early check-in requests.
- Guests to provide expected check-out time(latest being 10 am) and acknowledge the property will be scheduled for cleaning just after the time they have provided (late check-outs without prior agreement will incur a cleaner turn away charge or a full day rental).
- Guest must view the check-in guide prior to arrival to familiarise themselves with the check-in process.
- Keys must not be collected prior to agreed check-in time and lockboxes(if any) must be left closed and locked.
- Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.
- Carpark can only be used from check-in time and must be removed at check-out time.

During Your Stay:

- Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down to reasonable levels at all times.
- Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows us to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.
- Guest to comply with all rules in messages, check-in guides, house manuals or as posted in any building.
- Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.
- Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.
