The property was near the nightlife and public transport. Also, lots of dining options nearby. Unfortunately the property wasn't great. The room hadnt been vacuumed properly and the furniture was caked in dust. Also, the property failed to mention the elevator had been broken for a month and i needed to walk with my luggage up 17 floors. I recommend considering other options if available.

Dear Guest you did not stay with us.and this review is absolutely unreasonable. our check in time is between 2pm to 9pm. and we have no staff can check you in after 9pm. although you said you partner can come in early to check in on your behalf. we waited until 9pm. no one showed up. it is not our fault you flight arrive 8:30pm. and you can not check in on time. We don't accept your unreasonable review, maybe next time you should organize your own itinerary better instead blame on the accommodation operator doing their job the best they can.

Needs refurbishing and doesn’t look like what is in the photo’s. It smells like curry in the hallways. My knife broke on me (utensil) and no even milk provided. The employees are nice though.

Helpful friendly staff. Good location near groceries cheap food esp nearby kebab ,burger and pizza shop. Self contained 3 room Units have kettle fridge microwave and one can cook.

Have stayed here many times including before 2020 Covid. Very good convenient location near public transport and shops. Nice, friendly staff especially manager Steven Zhang. Very Good pricing, nice rooms,good facilities with kettle, microwave, fridge, and cooking utensils within the 3 room unit. Some rooms have fans. Please put fans in all rooms as it is getting hotter towards summer. Only one issue is pity that there is only 1 lift for a 20 floor building. it can take some time to go to your room or come down to reception as it can get very busy. Apart from that this is a very nice place to stay and would definitely stay here again in the future

The saying you get what you pay for can only be stretched so far. The price was ok, the location was great, but the state of the property was mind blowing. I'm not sure how H&S hasn't shut this place down. bones left on multiple levels of the staircase, fire hose fittings used as ash trays and vomit on the staircase wall that had dripped down 3-4 levels. There is a smell of cigarettes throughout the building but is stronger at different levels. The front desk attendant was polite enough, but did not really care about the issues I pointed out that could be easily fixed. The room was fine for a night or 2 but feel that a minimal effort on cleaning could make a difference.

Nice place . However only 1 lift for a 20 storey building and in peak hours takes long time for lift to reach your floor as mine was 19th floor. Ideally another lift is needed.

Bring a wedge with you to secure your bedroom door if you cannot afford anything better. Situated at the bottom of a very steep hill well away from amenities. Staff do not have a good grasp of English. I would avoid this and use backpackers or ordinary hotel such as the Albion in Hobson street instead.

Booked in my family for two nights, we ended up staying one night. It was AWFUL! The place was so dirty i just couldn’t believe it. The room we stayed in had 3 separate bedrooms, 1 toilet and shower. All disgusting! Nothing was clean absolutely nothing! I ended up putting their towels down on floor for us to walk as it was that dirty! I wiped fridge, sinks and tables before we even did anything. My poor children was so happy to stay in apartment for the weekend but i could not leave them one more night in that disgusting awful place. Elevators dirty and old and only one. Dodgy people walking in and out all the time. Not a place for children at all! The stairs was so disgusting and what the hell is that smell all over that place! You have been warned. Do not stay here. Rough and run down. Spend your money somewhere else. Im sorry to my children:(

It's clean and very central, but the mattresses are TERRIBLE. Extremely uncomfortable. The rooms are small but have everything you need. They can be stuffy. There is no parking on site.

Half my bed was wet. Smelt like fish in the halls. There was blood on the ground. The toilet wouldn’t flush, which lead to water leaking on the ground and leaving a puddle.

Good price, close to amenities, only down was bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but considering the excellent price, I suspect there won't be much time alloted to servicing, and the cleaning staff were lovely

Terrible, pee all over the toilets, insane neighbours, dirt on all the Walls and floors. Overall sketchy place, staff was helpful.

Só pra quem não tem grana! Terrível e sujo!
Acomodações terríveis, tudo muito sujo, paredes, portas, cozinha, etc.. Camas ruins. O prédio já é horrível olhando de fora, sujo. Na realidade é um backpacker disfarçado. As fotos não representam a realidade. Nas fotos parecem quartos simples mas o problema é a sujeira, muito relaxado!!! O único ponto a favor é a localização, mas nada maravilhoso. Só indico pra quem precisa de uma estadia muito barata e por pouco tempo. Resumindo é horrível!!!

Central location, this is also a student accomodation, only one lift but never waiting too long, have laundry.
