Spotless, comfortable, cosy! Easy communication with owners/management team. I had one issue with the shower that I told them about. Other than that, I'd definitely stay here again. :)

Non mi è piaciuto: Check-in
Very clean, felt high-end quality. Was stressful checking in because there was an issue with the lock code, and I ended up setting off the alarm when trying to enter! But getting the staff on the phone was simple, and they fixed the code within minutes. Minor annoyance, but there was only one tea towel - 2 would be better. Bed was extremely firm, but I'm well aware that it's a matter of taste. Overall felt nice and quiet, good sense of privacy.
