This lovely apartment is open plan with the kitchen at the entry and bathroom to the left. It then flows to the bedroom with the large comfy bed and TV. From there the floor to ceiling ranch slider immediately draws your eyes to the breathtaking views of the city and harbour. Sit back and relax lapping in the views. The apartment is fully furnished and kitted out to make your stay easy and relaxing. Take a wander to the street full of premium shopping , eating and nightlife. The Art gallery is very close by and it is only a short walk to the Viaduct.Check out the available facilities.

Check in is easy and convenient via a self check in lock-box located an easy 750m/12 minute walk away, or 7 min drive (depending on traffic). Keys are left in the apartment after your stay. You will have full and exclusive use of the apartment throughout your stay, you will also have access to shared pool, sauna, gym, and spa pool.
NOTE: AFTER HOURS : There is after hours restriction on Residents entry door on level 2 at 1 Courthouse lane which is locked 10pm-6am. Between this hours residents can access the building via main entrance at 40 Kitchener st. (main entrance) You can use the hotel lobby on level 3. A swipe is needed for level 2 access, but not for level 3.

You are fully responsible & liable for any repairs & replacements. • ALL Building Management & Body Corporate rules & regulations MUST BE adhered to, including any building access requirements. • ALL VEHICLE PARKING instructions and restrictions need to be compiled with. Otherwise you will be TOWED, at your cost! ` Car parks: If a car park is mentioned in the listing. Availability is not guaranteed at time of booking. Please check with us. Short stay is about self-catering but we do provide a small array of amenities to support you for your first day. These are not replenished during your stay. • Luggage: Please note we DO NOT have facility to store luggage at our properties. • Access Keys: If you lose, damage or take the access keys you will be charged the cost of replacement plus a Pillo admin fee. • Locked out: If you lock yourself out you will be charged a Pillo call – out fee + any building management & security charges & any lock smith charges. You may be required to supply proof of identity & booking before being given access. Response time cannot be guaranteed. • Left items: At your cost (& pre –paid) Pillo will attempt to retrieve & return any left items to you. Please note any retrieved items will only be held for one month before being disposed of • We do not accept any MAIL or PACKAGE deliveries. Any received will be returned to sender at your cost. • Cancellations: Please refer to listing cancellation policy. Please note there are no refunds if booking is cancelled once property is occupied. • No PETS • Contact: We are available 24/7 for urgent & emergency requests (only) & just a phone call, text, or e-mail away during business hours (8.30 am to 7 pm).
