Thank you for your feedback it is much appreciated. We offer guests a private/tranquil offering and as such enable guests to not have to adhere to a formal check in process. In saying that, as per the welcome note, we are on the property and are always available to assist if you require any service. It is a shame that you did not make contact during your stay as we would have welcomed the opportunity to have rectified some of your complaints i.e. advised you where to locate the fan, mosquito spray, mosquito repellent plug in etc, within the cottage. We always like to encourage guests to close up the cottage prior to sunset else mosquitoes will make there way into the cottage. Note - We are currently investigating the feasibility of installing an air conditioning unit, so this should help alleviate the issue with cooling the cottage down at night. Up until this point, a fan seemed to have been sufficient. Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the stunning sea views, peaceful and tranquil surroundings. The photos never seem to quite capture the beauty of the place, so most guests comment on how much better the views are. As a standard offering, when guests depart, cleaners spend several hours cleaning the cottage to a 5* standard. As a standard we do not offer cleaning service during guests stay, but we are more than happy to accommodate such request (at a cost) if guests would like this level of service.
