I recently stayed at the M Social in Auckland and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is exceptionally clean, and my room offered a beautiful view overlooking the wharf. The staff were welcoming and professional, making my stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is perfect, with shops, restaurants, and public transport all within walking distance. However, there was a minor issue during my second stay. Despite my VIP Access status with Expedia being acknowledged during my first visit, it wasn't recognized this time. This was a bit disappointing, but it didn't significantly detract from my overall experience. Overall, M Social is an excellent hotel, and I highly recommend it

Walkable to the ferry and nice location to shopping as well. The friendly staff allowed us to check in super early knowing how tired we were!

The pillows on bed were terrible worst I have ever experienced rang reception at 2am asked for a replacement got given 2 cushions for a sofa ! Didn’t sleep at all and now have a sore neck. 4 star hotel definitely not Told reception on check out couldn’t have cared less as long as we paid

Good location, No frills, what you see is what you get. Our beds were too soft for our liking otherwise comfortable rooms and lovely staff. Will definitely go back!

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Hafen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer aufs Wasser. Es gab immer etwas zu sehen. Alles war gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ist auf unsere Zimmerwünsche eingegangen. Sie haben uns geholfen den kurzfristigen Ausflug zu buchen. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Rooms are very well equipped, comfortable and clean. We had a great meal in their restaurant one evening as well and liked the outside seating area. Hotel has an excellent location.

Hotel was nice and staff were very helpful. Convenient spot to viaduct, shopping, eating out, transport etc. Room was a bit small and slightly dated, but overall it was good.

We thought the hotel was beautiful and clean and the staff were super helpful and friendly, they even upgraded us for the night to an ocean view since it was for our anniversary. The one thing that was quite odd and annoying, was that we could hear water running through pipes in the walls/ceiling, which I can only assume was from people upstairs flushing or showering. It was quite loud and disruptive. We were on Level 8, not sure if its an issue in all the rooms but it certainly was in ours. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

It’s a very cool hotel. Very clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the noise outside till 2 in the morning.
