Bright, open-plan apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and modern interiors designed for a comfortable stay. Relax on the lounge, stream your favourite shows, or step out onto your private balcony.
The balcony overlooks the motorway and surrounding suburbs. Inside, double-glazed windows help keep the apartment quiet and comfortable. On-site parking is available (not covered).
Kitchen & dining
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, cookware, utensils, and coffee & tea station. There is also a dining table with 4 spaces.
There is a Woolworths supermarket just 5 minute drive from the apartment.
Bedroom & bathroom
Bedroom with hotel-quality bed, fresh linens, and storage. Bathroom with walk-in shower, towels, toiletries, hairdryer, and essentials.
Comfort
Air conditioning and in-apartment washer and dryer. Ideal for couples, business travellers, or longer stays. There is also a on-site gym and outdoor area with tables and BBQ's. Both of these are shared spaces.

Monthly Stays: We have a 10% discount factored into the price if you book for 28 nights or more.
Personal check-in: One of our team will meet with you to show you into the apartment. Please let us know your arrival time so we can arrange this.
Parking: There is a free carpark at the building allocated to this property. Please note that the parking area is uncovered and ungated.
Motorway noise: This building is located next to the motorway so there is some noise when on the balcony. The double glazing blocks the noise when the balcony door is closed.
Check-in Time: Check-in time is after 3pm. If you need to check-in earlier, then please double-check with us first so we can confirm availability.
Housekeeping: We can arrange extra weekly housekeeping during your stay if requested for the same price as the cleaning fee listed per clean. Stays longer than 21 days will be required to have a mid-stay clean at your expense. Please just send us a message if you need extra cleaning as we will need to organise this with the cleaning company we use.
Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay 450ml shampoo and conditioner, 450ml bodywash, 2 x tea/coffee, 3 x toilet paper rolls, 1 pack of laundry powder, 1 pack of dishwashing powder, dishwashing liquid, cleaning spray and wipes) but you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out. Please do not take the large refillable bottles provided as we’ll need to charge for replacement.
Linens: We provide a full set of linens for each bed and a face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.
Checkout Time: Checkout time is at 10am.
