This apartment is in the very center of CBD, only steps away from the Sky Tower, Spark Arena, Queen Street, Viaduct Harbout. Fully furnished and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The area consists of bedroom with a Super-King bed, a living room with excellent natural lights and ventilation, a dining table, 4 x dining chairs, a set of comfortable couches and a smart TV.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher. It is also stocked with all the essential utensils, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay.
The bedroom features a comfortable Super King-sized bed, plush pillows and extra blanket, a closet with plenty of storage space.
In the bathroom, we provide you with New Zealand made handwash, shampoo, and conditioner made with the highest-quality ingredients, essential oils, and natural botanicals.
A washer and dryer are provided in the cabinet down the corridor of the apartment.
We provide our guests with free high-speed unlimited WIFI, towels and bed linens, as well as a welcome pack of starter amenities, and we use a high-quality cleaning company so the apartment will be perfect for your arrival.

The amenities like toilet paper rolls , rubbish bags , dishwasher / laundry capsules… were provide as a welcome package , after using all of them the guest need to buy some more by themselves depending on different usage. We appreciate your understanding!
