Sleeps 5 guests, with room for extras (pullout sofa for Two, by arrangement.)
Bedroom One has a Californian King Size bed, Bedroom Two has a Queen Bed, Bedroom Three has a King Single, with adjoining separate toilet and outdoor shower.

The property features fully fenced, sprawling flat lawns with plenty of off-street parking.
Our kitchen is thoughtfully designed to make holiday cooking simple and enjoyable. Whether you are preparing a relaxed brunch after a morning swim or for preparing an evening meal from the well appointed kitchen, everything you need is right here.
Take in the magnificent sunsets while you enjoy a cool drink, relax on the comfortable outdoor furniture and listen to the surf rolling in.
A Family size BBQ, and utensils available make alfresco dining easy and clean up a breeze or enjoy cooking on the 6 burner gas cooker with electric oven if you prefer.
Microwave, Fridge/Freezer, Kettle & toaster, Air Fryer, Slow cooker etc.....and a Dishwasher for effortless clean-up, Pantry Starter Essentials, (Stock is refreshed regularly), include Breakfast cereals, Tea, coffee & sugar, Cooking oil, Salt & pepper A selection of herbs & spices.
A Tea corner and Coffee station are provided to start your day.
