Welcome to The Round House, a stunning architect-designed holiday home nestled on the picturesque Waiheke Island. This three-bedroom, one-bathroom holiday house is the perfect destination for those seeking a unique and memorable getaway. With its distinctive curves and open sea views, The Round House offers a truly remarkable experience for your holiday accommodation.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious and contemporary open-plan living area. The double height ceiling, stylish interior seamlessly blends with the natural surroundings, creating a harmonious atmosphere. Expansive windows frame the mesmerizing sea vistas, allowing you to enjoy the beauty of the ocean from the comfort of your own home. The living room is thoughtfully furnished to provide both comfort and elegance, ensuring that you can relax and unwind in style.

The Round House boasts three comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms, each featuring open sea views. Two good-sized bedrooms are located in downstairs with the easy access to deck area, and up from the charming curved stairwell, there's another large family bedroom with two single bed plus a trundle bed which will allow sleep up to 3 people. We call the room 'hidden wood house', where your kids can wake you up from a hatched 'time telling' window.

Step outside onto the wraparound deck, where you'll be greeted by the awe-inspiring vista of the sea stretching out before you. This outdoor area is perfect for lounging in the sun, hosting intimate gatherings, or simply embracing the serenity of the surroundings. Additionally, a comfortable brick patio at the rear of the house provides even more space for entertaining or enjoying a barbecue with friends and family. What's even more for the outside area, the glorious garden with plenty of space to play on the lawn and explore the tire swing.
