“We didn’t want to leave! Everything about our stay was BEYOND amazing! First the place…the pictures don’t even do it full justice. It is stunning! The inside is so nice, spacious and cozy. The outside was a dream come true. We took so many pictures of the stunning view! The hot tub was used all the time! We enjoyed eating dinner outside at the table. And the back lounge area was perfect. The location was fantastic. 10 min walk into heart of Bellagio. It was nice to have some peace...

“This place was amazing. The view was spectacular and it was so quiet and peaceful. Our room had floor to ceiling windows to capture the beautiful grounds and the amazing mountains and lake. The breakfast had everything you could want and the food was great. The villa had multiple places where you could relax from the pool or with drinks in the cozy indoor seating area. We had dinner on the terrace that was beautifully lit with candles and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and very...

“Colazione a parte.

“Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy. Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels. Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for...

“Quite old but very clean and pleasant hôtel with a nice swimingpool”

“Hotel grazioso con proprietari gentili e disponibili”

“This hotel is just beautiful and located just steps away from the ferry dock. It is so relaxing and the staff is incredibly welcoming. Breakfast on the balcony overlooking Lake Como is worth it alone. It’s an absolute gem.”

“Splendida posizione vicinissimo al lago. Parcheggio disponibile nelle vicinanze. Camere spaziose e ben arredate. Consigliatissimo”

“Wonderful with accommodating friendly staff. Could not ask for more in any regard.”
