“Best way to describe it was, it was okay. Nothing special. The front desk person was nice. The room was meh. No issues, just nothing to write home about.”

“We stayed there while visiting family, so we simply needed a pet friendly hotel, but I feel they could improve breakfast. They had a fridge that held whole milk and packs of butter, but no yogurt as you might find in another hotel. Three of the four cereal dispensers had something inside and all were sugary options. Lastly, the waffle batter had a sour taste when cooked. They don’t need more options, but stock what you do offer and make sure the food isn’t going bad.”

“Where to start Stuff has a work hour no one works after hours So if you locked out self out of your hotel after work hours you will be stuck outside till the morning Checking is flat at 3 pm you can’t wait in the lobby before your check in time . Cooler or microwave doesn’t works !!!”

“The room was good but the outside and the elevator smells. The woman in the window needs to improve her communication skills I payed online for a one king bed and when I got there she said they only have two queen available, I was okay with that but she doesn’t know how to communicate, one I said is there no more king beds at all? She sounded like she wanted to fight over my question, and started to tell me that there is a lot of people coming like I am not one of them. That woman doesn’t like...

“The breakfast choices were great. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. So many restaurants nearby for lunch/dinner options.”

“We stayed at Homewood Suites for a long weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased. From the moment we arrived, the staff was genuinely welcoming, not just polite, but actually helpful and kind. Our room was spotless, which made it feel less like a hotel and more like a comfortable home away from home. And free parking was the cherry on top, no hidden fees, no stress. We’ll definitely be back.”

“Housekeeping came to service the room but did not change the sheets. The pool didn’t look super clean but it was the end of the week. Limited breakfast foods and wasn’t not refreshed as guests were eating. Deactivated the key before we checked out. Thin walls and can hear everything in hallway. People running scams outside property. Pool towels looked dingy.”

“The room was clean bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great the lady that was handling the breakfast was on point she kept everything warm and available she did an excellent job. Food was good egg sausage and pancakes.”

“The hotel location and amenities were fine, good for our purpose which was to watch a concert at the arena next door. What was terrible was that on our first day of our 2-day stay, the room was not made up when we were out all day. I called the front desk who asked at once whether I had the privacy sign up. I had not. They then said rooms aren't made up each day but if we wanted they could do it now. It was nearly 6 pm. We said no. I asked what the policy was and they said that rooms are never...
