“Housekeeping continues to be an issue. I stayed ten days and dust was visible. Trash wasn’t picked up completely, water wasn’t replenished, and sheets weren’t changed. Staff even left their working materials on the bathroom. Lighting is really bad. Shampoo dispenser didn’t work and wasn’t changed or repaired. Valet staff didn’t leave car outside when leaving early even when requested.”

“Parking was a little tricky. Valet is easiest. Shower is weird if you are not close to the person you are sharing a room with. There is limited space to dress/undress in private. Overall place is cute. Loved zombie Taco and outdoor seating area. Bar staff was helpful. ”

“Staff was friendly, Room was clean, but small. Location is sketchy. Lots of homeless people next door at the gas station. We were worried about the safety of our vehicle so we booked a different hotel on another side of town.”

“We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection.”

“The beds, pillows and bedding were so comfortable, clean and I especially liked the cover over the duvet, with sheet material, not with the sheet seperate, so you know no one else has touched it. It is hard for me when comforters and regular blankets are on the beds, I do not feel they are cleaned or replaced every time the room is services, seems like they only do the sheets, so this made me HAPPY!!!! We did not need to use the kitchenette part of the room, but it was a very nice setup. I...

“This is a hidden treasure! So first class! Beautiful room, immaculate everything, gorgeous linens, just right pillows. We had a suite and the little kitchen that was beautifully equipped. Breakfast was outstanding. Fresh fruit, hot food freshly made, delicious! I was impressed they welcomed pets in this beautiful place. Staff so professional and friendly!”

“Everything was clean. The staff was helpful even though I did not read how to get on wifi that was right in my hands. Staff, Tom was sweet and explained it for me. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety on buffet. If I return to Austin in future I will stay there again. Great access to various places I needed to go to.”
