“The hotel is off a major highway, so the rooms facing the highway are noisy. The evening check-in staff (a male South Asian person) was a bit unprofessional, but the morning reception person was good. The room is a bit small, but the bathroom is spacious. Breakfast ends quite early. Parking is plentiful. ”

After spending the first night there we noticed that the door wasn't locking upon leaving, very concerning. We brought this to the attention of the front office and after two visits to the front office were told that it would be fixed within the hour and that we would receive a call or text once the lock was fixed. We had somewhere we had to be so we couldn't wait around. Never received a call...

“The property was very clean and convenient to our plans. Plenty of parking. The main bedroom had a door, so someone could still watch tv or cook in kitchen and not disturb someone sleeping. The full size refrigerator was super. It was definitely better than the mini fridges in other hotels. I absolutely loved that there was a separate area to do my hair and makeup. Location: great access to Loop 1 to get to downtown. Grocery store was only 10 min away. Plenty of eateries in the area. ”
