“We were checked in quickly and politely. Our first room was clean and tidy, however the. Air conditioner unit was loud and the front desk was able to change our room and we slept like a baby. We will definitely be back. Great customer service. Good breakfast selection.”

“Very clean room, amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was ok, the pancake machine wasnt working properly. But hey theres an ihop nearby. Parking was good, there was always a spot available. In a great location and convenient to get to alot of locations”

“For whatever reason I was charge circa 300usd extra and they do not respond my messages on hotels.com… I had booked a larger room but informed upon arrival that they had that type of room booked for the first night and therefore I had to be downgraded. Not only I was not offered a reimburse for the night on a lower category room but after checking my account I have been charged extra 287.4$ for no reason. I wrote to the hotel days ago and I still have not received any answer…”

“Room was clean. When you flushed the toilet it made a horrible screeching sound that lasted 30 seconds. You could hear it outside. I do not believe it was just our toilet.”

“My husband and I stayed at Homewood because we were celebrating our anniversary. I loved the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast had a nice variety. The staff were friendly. Especially the front desk staff. It was easy to check in and check out. We will be staying again.”

“Check in staff was friendly and helpful. The exterior of the building was being renovated so the parking lot was a bit congested. The lobby area is very small but it serves its purpose.”

“The Moxie is very kitch-y and fun. Perfect spot if you have someone attending UT and you wanna be close to them. I was not prepared for the size of the room, they are quite small. The shower and sink are in the room. No closet or drawer space”
