2 Bedroom Boho East Austin Retreat - Sleeps 6!

Light filled completely updated home with natural white oak hardwood floors downstairs throughout the living and kitchen area. Sit back in the thoughtfully designed living area and watch the 50" TV. Enjoy your complimentary Keurig coffee in the well appointed kitchen which features quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances accented by white shaker style cabinets along with all kitchen essentials. Half bath conveniently located downstairs along with full size washer/dryer.

Head upstairs where you will find two comfortably curated bedrooms both including ensuite full bathrooms with bath tubs, large closets, and blackout curtains. Bedroom 1 includes a memory foam king bed and 43" TV while bedroom 2 includes a memory foam queen bed and desk perfect for your workstation on the go. Both bathrooms have been updated with clean lines created with white subway tile surrounds and opal hexagon floors accented by grey shaker style cabinets with white quartz countertops. The matte black and gold fixtures finish out the bathrooms perfectly.

Outside you will find a photo worthy patio with custom tile work perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or having a nightcap with friends. The yard has been completely xeriscaped and includes a double hammock, cornhole, and bar height picnic table.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Nice accommodations with super comfy beds and pillows. The place is immaculate. We had hoped we could be a little closer to be able to walk places but had to drive which was fine because it rained a lot. You’ve got to be good at u-turns😉

Great find!

This was a wonderful home, and just perfect for two couples! Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was so nice. The house was spotless. It’s in a nice, quiet neighborhood. If we go back to Austen, we would definitely stay here again!

comfortable and convenient

The home was well appointed for our stay. It was nice to have a fenced in backyard to relax in after a day out. The location of the house made it convenient to get around town. Russell (the homeowner) was quick to get back to us with any questions we had.

Feb stay

The house is we’ll equipped and very clean. The beds were lovely and had fantastic showers in both bathrooms. It was freezing rain and we lost internet for a time but power was always on. The host is amazing, super quick to respond with questions and suggestions for enjoying the city. I would definitely recommend this for a super convenient and delightful Austin stay

Five stars if not for bitter cold weather

The home is great - comfortable beds, more than usual supplies provided (shampoo, detergent, trash bags, etc.), and new and quality renovations. We stayed when it was bitterly cold over Christmas. It was difficult to regulate the temperature between the upstairs and downstairs. The hot water heater wasn't insulated well enough (outside the home) and it froze up. Russell was extremely responsive (even at Christmas!) and got it fixed as soon as possible with the holidays. He also graciously refunded part of our rent. Because of these difficulties due to the weather, I couldn't give five stars; otherwise, I would have.
