We strongly suggest to quickly read the house manual and explore the guidebook. Everything you need to know is most likely explained in the guidebook. It has instructions on directions, parking, check-in, check-out, other videos on how to use things around the house, and many recommendations on places you can visit during your stay!


This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities, including H-E-B, restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, gyms, retail stores and other everyday amenities, along with convenient access to Austin and Hill Country wedding venues.

• GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire house.

• PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles in the garage and driveway (2 inside garage and ONLY 2 on driveway or we will get fined due to neighborhood regulations). Street parking and sidewalk parking is not allowed.

• WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi (300+ Mbps) available throughout the home, plus 7+ designated workspaces in the bedrooms, and gaming desktop computer with 2 monitors and printer.

• PETS: We have a no-pet policy.

The $500 will NOT be charged at the beginning of your reservation and will only be charged after your stay if any guest-related damages are found. The only payment required before your reservation begins is a $10 non-refundable processing fee.

Looking for a morning walk? You've come to the right place! This neighborhood has a high walking score and it's very safe to walk around.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space inside the garage and on the driveway (2 inside garage and ONLY 2 on driveway due to neighborhood regulations). NO street parking and NO sidewalk blocking. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.

This property is also conveniently located close to the CapMetro system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best CapMetro route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around.


• Please note that though the listing shows 11 beds, there are only 8 actual beds. The other 3 “beds” are twin-size air mattresses.

• Small fridge in the kitchen is for Owner use ONLY. Please do NOT use it.

• Even though we include a fire pit, we do NOT include firewood. Always put out the fire after using the fire pit and never leave fire burning unattended.

• To keep the yard in great shape, our lawn care team visits every other week. They may stop by during your stay, but don’t worry – they’ll only be working outside and won’t take more than an hour to finish. Please note that this routine service is necessary and it’s hard to reschedule.
