Lovely chic three-bedroom townhouse in the hot neighborhood of East Austin. *10-15 minute drive to downtown *4-minute drive to grocery stores, liquor stores, and local amenities. *6-minute walk to running/walking tracks *1 queen, 1 full size, 2 twins, 2 full size futons, 1 queen air mattress (bedrooms on 2nd floor). *Smart home enabled with Amazon Alexa & 2 televisions *Fully furnished with cooking supplies and a dishwasher *Generous amounts of coffee provided *Bus stop within walking distance This home has a lot of charm including 2 dedicated parking spots, a shaded outdoor fenced patio with outdoor lighting, and is smart home enabled with fast Wi-Fi internet access. Guest have full access to the townhouse (minus the supply closet). Details and a code to the door lock will be provided on the day of arrival. For early check-in, advance notification is key. Come and go as you please, just please take good care of the space! Nestled in University Hills, a diverse neighborhood in East Austin. Cute and Chic

Nicely decorated and chic feel. The parking lot behind the apartment is in terrible condition, however the lot is not of the renters doing. My main complaint was the airflow/AC upstairs was not very good.

Property needs maintenance

We had a party of 8, 4 kids and 4 adults. The location of this property was great! Everything was about 15min away. Communication with the owner was super, they are very responsive. The problem was the property, it needs maintenance. Most closet doors don’t work. The upstairs bathroom smells like mildew and it’s in bad shape. There is no vent there so I imagine that’s part of the problem. Upstairs is HOT!!! We traveled in June and that Texas heat even at night is unbearable! There are fans in every room, but they are really noisy! We used them, but it was hard to fall asleep with that noise, we noticed this in the main bedroom and the one with the single beds. Something is going on with the ventilation upstairs, the AC is on, but the air doesn’t flow properly. Also, if you have more than 6 people stay, you will probably get an air mattress, which is where I sleep and it was really uncomfortable! One more thing, they have a ring camera at the front door, which is great, but there was another camera in the back patio. Sorry but this was an issue for me, I felt watched, which was a bit creepy.

We had and excellent time at the condo. The back patio area was so nice. The showers we’re really great and the condo was a good size for our party of 5.
