House è l'ideale per le persone che viaggiano per lavoro. 17 minuti per ACL 2 minuti dal centro commerciale sud park prati 10-15 minuti dal quartiere soco e sofi, prendi un Uber o Lyft circa $ 15 per andare in centro città di notte / giorno senza ore di traffico. 20 minuti da San Marcos e 15 minuti dall'aeroporto! La casa è decorata per mantenere strano Austin! Uber e Lyft sono i modi migliori per spostarsi di solito costa circa $ 15 a notte per andare in centro. La macchina a noleggio funzionerà, ma Austin è una città senza rifiuto, quindi fai attenzione se stai per bere !!!

The house was amazing, spacious enough for my large family. Clean and had everything we needed. Loved that it has a roll away bed and a play pen. Quiet neighborhood and in close proximity to many shops and restaurants.

We go to Texas every year for moto gp. This is the first time we stayed at a house close to COTA .Great location to everything . So much to do! Quiet neighborhood, owner has awesome communication . He worked with us on bringing our dogs and using the garage to store our bikes during our stay. Backyard was fully fenced. Super clean house. Ac blows cold what more could you ask for

Neal was great ! Our main issue - we could not shower in the upstairs bathroom- only dribbles of water from shower We all had to shower in the master bedroom showerHouse needs more cooking supplies - not enough cups, glasses and coffee mugs for six people kitchen very bare if you want to cook

Visited Austin to celebrate grandson’s 21st birthday. My son lives and works in Austin so it was great to have a 3 bedroom home to stay with family. The home was clean and comfortable. I was able to sync my home YouTube TV to the internet and enjoy some of my favorite shows. I’ve had VRBO several times before to visit Austin but this was the best so far.

Our stay at this beautiful VRBO property exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail and the comfort provided. The house was sparkling clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen had top-notch appliances, and the cozy living area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.The outdoor space was an absolute highlight – the patio with a fire pit, beautiful garden, and stunning views made every evening magical. We also loved the proximity to local attractions; whether it was a quick trip to the beach or exploring nearby shops and restaurants, everything was so convenient.Overall, this rental provided a fantastic experience, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, beautiful home for their next vacation.

We chose this house to stay at because we were going to the Harry Potter A Forbidden Forest Experience and this house was the closest to it. It really is a cozy and comfortable house. The owner is really nice. We rent houses through VRBO often for vacations or weekend getaways and this is only the second time I’ve had an owner personally reach out to me to let me know if we need anything to just let him know. Would definitely rent from him again if we’re ever in the Austin area again.

The bad- water pressure is really bad and taking a shower here was painful. The water literally dribbles out of the shower head. The house is overall a little ran down. Mold in the bathroom... The dog next store will not allow you to go outside without it barking constantly. Barks at night as well but seems to go inside around 9 or 10. There are cameras outside, in the garage and an alexa (or alexa type of unit) that was in the living room. We didn't know if this gives the owner the ability to listen in on conversations and overall made us uncomfortable. The good-The check in process was well organized and the owner communicated well. The house is near restaurants, a grocery store and not far from Austin downtown. The rooms are good sized and beds were comfortable for us. Parking was easy and the neighborhood seems safe. It has a washer and dryer that worked well. All appliances worked well and there was just enough pots, pans, plates and cups to get us through.Overall, for a low budget place this likely works well for most people. I could have overlooked all of the short comings except the water pressure issue.

Traveling with kids isn't easy, this house made it easier. The layout of all the bedrooms on the upper floor and living area on the lower allows for adult conversations while listening for kids. Plenty of necessities and close to almost everything someone who misses Texas would love.

My family and I spent 2 nights at this property. I have used so many properties across US and in Europe and I never stayed in a property in such a poor condition. This property needs an immediate makeover. I can not believe Verbo allows this type of properties to be listed. Location of this property and neighborhood was not safe for family at all. Beds were very uncomfortable. Through out the house the smell of mold presence was present. Pressure of water for showering was very low. We needed to cook for our family gathering and i ended up purchasing my own pots and dishes. The pots and pans were not safe to cook in due to scratches and old without handles. descriptions and photos on the website for sure are the wrong representation of what you get. very unsatisfied and upset about the money I spent on this place. Backyard was disaster. This house is in need of a major face lift. I do not recommend this property at all. Will make sure I let Verbo knows about it.

brother, dad, and I stayed here for the COTA race and UT-UGA football game. The unit is older but very clean and the location away from downtown made traveling tot he airport and race track much easier. Even with a few Ubers to/from the stadium area we more than recouped the savings from not staying at a hotel downtown. The only downside was the dogs next door. We planned to sit outside our first night but the dogs were right at the fence barking from the time we got there and through the night. Fortunately, they were taken inside the following two nights.

In town for a wedding. House was centrally located for all our destinations. House was very clean & well stocked with necessities. Neal was very accessible. Would recommend this location.
