Comfort is key in our main house's well-appointed bedrooms, each exuding warmth and thoughtful design. Plush bedding, ample storage, and charming touches including ear plugs and eye masks ensure a restful night's sleep, inviting guests to recharge for another day of exploration. Our living room is supplied with a 4K smart TV connected through high-speed wifi internet. Airplay is available making it a perfect setup for work presentations.

Located just 15 feet behind the main house (each with its own private entrance), the 240sqft studio backyard loft has everything you need for up to 4 guests! A twin trundle bed with a rollout and pop up twin beds on the main floor, and a queen bed in the loft. Another smart TV, and a kitchenette are included in the loft for those who prefer to have their privacy. Please note: you’ll need to walk up one flight of outdoor stairs to access the unit, and once inside, the lofted sleeping area is accessed by a ladder.

Both units have Fellow Aiden automated pour-over machines for barista-quality coffee at the push of a button.

The outdoor area separates the main house and the loft. Our propane grill and outdoor furniture are perfect for mingling, games, or roll up our glass garage door to the main home kitchen for al fresco dining.

We’ve stocked each unit with thoughtful touches to make things easier. The kitchen and kitchenette are equipped with full pantries of cooking essentials, plus coffee and tea. Bathrooms are supplied with complimentary Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as microfiber makeup removal cloths, hair dryers, and steamers. You’ll also find laundry essentials like detergent, bleach, dryer balls, and ironing sets so your group can settle in without worrying about the little details.

The Convention Center is a fifteen-minute walk or a short drive, and the Saltillo Metro Station is just blocks away with easy access to Q2 Stadium.

Our property shares a block with a recycling scrapyard lot that operates during weekday hours, and while we've never had a complaint regarding the business, we provide earplugs, sound machines, and eye masks. East Austin is also a diverse and lively area that reflects the city’s creative spirit. Like many urban neighborhoods, there is a visible homeless population and graffiti. We value compassion and respect toward all members of the community, and want our guests to feel reassured that safety has never been an issue at our property. For added peace of mind, we have secure locks and exterior cameras.
