Bring the whole family—or a group of friends—to this spacious, comfortable South Austin retreat! Set on a private acre inside city limits, this rare hilltop gem offers room to relax, play, and enjoy the best of Austin living.
Enjoy breezy mornings with coffee on the front porch and unforgettable evenings on the expansive covered back patio—perfect for outdoor dining and lounging. The property is quiet, convenient, and close to everything.
This home is thoughtfully designed for your comfort.
There will be a hold in your credit card 2 days before your check out for the amount $1,500 as a Refundable Security Deposit just in case something happened during your stay.
Events are allowed only during the day.
Smoking is allowed outside the house in the backyard
Pets are not allowed in the beds and/or furniture.

Quiet Hours are from 11pm to 7am

First impression, it was clean and location was beautiful. The towels and sheets were new and spotless. We didn't sleep in all the beds but they were comfortable.

This was a great place for our family and dogs to stay while home renovations were being completed. Very comfortable. Lots of space. Appreciated the monitor for working from home. We had one issue with a missing screw in a bed frame which was immediately remedied. Very responsive host. Mattresses were comfortable. Amenities were excellent. Location is convenient to South Austin entertainment, food and shopping.
