Awesome Host, Locatation, and Stay - Perfect for Bachelor Parties!

5 Stars all around. We (11 fully grown males) came to Austin for a Bachelor party, and had an awesome time at this rental. Chandler was an incredible host, who called me prior to the trip for suggestions and a run down of the area, as well as met us at the house at the beginning of our stay to walk us through which was greatly appreciated. House was great - plenty of beds for large groups, an awesome sound system throughout the apartment, a very short uber to some great bars (we went to Rainey street for the most part which is an awesome spot). Go ahead and book this house and don't overthink it!

Perfect bachelorette weekend!

We had an overall fantastic stay at this property. Chandler could not have been a better host - he was so communicative and helpful from the very start, and helped me plan a fabulous weekend in Austin. The house was great - comfortable, easy to use - with great kitchen and seating area, hot tub, fire pit, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms - the list goes on. We were a bachelorette party of 10 people and were comfortable with enough space. Could not recommend more highly! Thank you Chandler!

Great House, Great Host

Celebrated my bachelor party at Chandler’s place and could not have been more impressed by the hospitality. Hot tub, tv’s, and Sonos speakers in every room were a hit. 10 minute Uber from the bars/restaurants downtown. No better place to stay when you’re visiting Austin!

This is a great house with awesome amenities in a very convenient location. We rented this house for a bachelor party and the host was more than accommodating and willing to provide info about the area. Everything was very clean and extremely organized at the house.

Perfect Space, Perfect Host - Bachelor Party

This place was an ideal arrangement for our bachelor party of 12. Chandler went above and beyond to familiarize us with Austin by making suggestions about activities in the area and gave us a full walkthrough of the space when we got there. The space was perfect - clean, comfortable, modern, and comfortably slept 12 in a convenient neighborhood. A few nice touches were included- a stocked fridge of beer, chips, a cooler available, air mattresses, and a cabinet full of bathroom supplies (shampoos, soaps, band-aids, etc.). The neighborhood is conveniently located, nestled in a nice area not too far from Rainey, yet far enough away to feel peaceful. There are several places in walking distance to help start the day (breakfast food, BBQ, hand-squeezed juice bar), and a nice walking trail around the corner. Overall, this was the nicest space we've been to, with by far the best host.

Bachelor party stay

We had a amazing time staying in this house, had total of 10 guys for bachelor party weekend. Chandler was a great host came and showed us around, reviewed my plans, great suggestions, gave us tips for us who were not famniliar. Overall great experience, house clean, great location, and fun. Awesome Spot, Great Host

House is spacious and clean and has some very cool amenities. The outdoor space was our favorite part of the house (fans w/misters felt incredible during the hot afternoons). Chandler is an excellent host that went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. He was very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process and even provided us with local recommendations. He gave us a brief walkthrough of the house when we arrived too, which I really appreciated. We had a fantastic time at this place. Perfect for a group of young adults like us. 10/10, highly recommend!

Bachelor Party Success

I found this property a few months back, finding a unit that can fit 9 guests is sometimes tough. But Chandler pulled through! He was a great host, walked through my event for the week, selected a handful to restaurants, bars, and activities for my party. Planning a bachelor party is never easy, but Chandler was a great help! The place was perfect, Chandler took the time to walk through the house for us and how to use all of the appliances. 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

The best experience!

We booked this house for my 30th birthday party and everything about it was perfect. The host coordinated with me to understand plans prior to arriving and offered help with making reservations or recommendations on what to do. When we checked in he bought champagne to help me celebrate my birthday and walked us through everything we needed to know about the house and even stayed for a quick toast. He was available if we ever needed anything and was just awesome. The house was equally as amazing, beautifully decorated, clean and open with an amazing Sonos sound system throughout the house. The beds were so comfy and the location was perfect for getting to different areas in Austin. Definitely one of the best experiences for a short term rental, we would 100% stay here again.

Chandler is the GOAT

Best host you could ever have. We had this spot for a bachelor party and he went above and beyond for us to make sure we had the best weekend possible. He even took time out of his work week leading up to the trip to talk about all things Austin and get us situated on what we should do that weekend. 10 stars out of 5 for My guy chandler, the GOAT Vrbo host. Walked into the house with a stocked fridge of local brews and water.

Bachelor Weekend

1. Chandler saved us hours of research by setting up a call to go over the best dining, bars, and activities in Austin, TX. 2. The house was in walking distance to Downtown Austin, Rainey St., and Lady Bird Lake. 3. Golf greens kept everyone busy in between activities. 4. Stocked the fridge with beer before arrival, awesome sound system, and great service all around.

Bachelor Pad

This place was made to host dynamite bachelor parties/ celebration events. Chandler was honestly one of the nicest ad easiest hosts I've ever had to do with, so much so that he kinda felt like a friend. Before the trip, Chandler and I spent tons of time on the phone taking through not only logistics of check in, but also suggestions of what's what around Austin. The house is fantastic, but Chandler made the stay awesome. When we showed up, the fridge was even preloaded with water and Beer. Not all heroes wear capes....

Bachelorette weekend

Chandler was a great host and ensured everything was taken care of. Offered to meet at the house to go over all controls and ins and outs of the house. Everything was clean and organized. House easily and comfortably fit 10 people. Would highly recommend!

Comfortable well-equipped property

Chandler was very communicative and was readily available to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay in Austin. The house was well equipped with TV's and speakers throughout, and everything was clean and tidy. We enjoyed the hot tub and putting green outside the house, and the short Uber ride to Rainey St and 6th St. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Austin.

Best Airbnb I’ve stayed at

Chandler is amazing and so is his home! We had a group of 10 and slept very comfortably. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the rooms were equipped with TV that had netflix, HBO, youtube live tv, and the hot tub was amazing! He stocked our fridge with waters, local beers, and prosecco which was a very thoughtful touch. I enjoyed meeting Chandler and getting to know him, and I will definitely be staying here next time we're back in Austin!

A CURE for COVID

It began and ended with excellent communication and direction from Chandler. This is year has kicked the crap out of me and I just needed to get out of Houston for a couple of days and breathe. The house was everything it seemed to be online and more. I highly recommend staying here. The house and Chandler were just what the doctor ordered.

Perfect House in Perfect Location For Bachelors Party

I was blown away by hospitality and attention to detail at Chandler's house. He is an amazing host who genuinely cares about his guests having a great weekend. The house is in amazing condition, was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and has incredible amenities. Our group was a 12 person bachelor party and the house was the perfect for us. The putting green, outdoor TV, firepit, mister fans and open area in the front of the house provide ample room to hang outside. The hot tub is a great addition as well and will enhance your trip. If there were 6 stars, I'd give them.
