Splendida casa in stile artigiano a 2 piani su una baia d'acqua profonda con un grande bacino di 2 livelli. Incredibile vista panoramica sul lago da entrambi i livelli. Master suite verso il basso e ampio soggiorno soppalco con camera da letto / bagno al piano superiore. Vieni e goditi il posto migliore sul lago di Travis.

Porta la famiglia, allaccia la tua barca e trascorri le tue giornate sul lago a pochi passi da casa.

UBICAZIONE - Questa casa si trova a Lago Vista, che è circondata dal bellissimo Texas Hill Country, a 40 miglia dalla sesta strada del centro di Austin, a 50 miglia dalla pista di corsa di F1 e a 45 miglia dall'aeroporto internazionale di Austin Bergstrom. Sarai vicino alla degustazione di vini o alle escursioni di Hill Country e abbastanza vicino per godere di molte attività ad Austin.

IMPOSTAZIONE - Questa casa ha un ambiente molto privato, tranquillo e panoramico situato sulla riva nord del lago Travis. I ponti si affacciano dalla nostra grande insenatura nel lago principale verso Hudson's Bend e Ernie's on the Lake. Guardare l'alba da qualsiasi stanza della casa è mozzafiato!

FRONTE MARE - Situato direttamente sulle acque profonde del lago Travis, il nostro rifugio sul lungomare è il luogo ideale per tutti i tipi di sport acquatici. Una scalinata conduce direttamente dalla casa al molo privato. Porta la tua barca o moto d'acqua, lanciarlo alla rampa privata proprio accanto alla proprietà e legare al molo per il vostro soggiorno.

BOAT DOCK - Il pontile coperto in alluminio per barche è di 25 'per 30' con un ponte di sole di livello superiore di 8 'per 30'.

We couldn’t have asked for a better lake vacation! From the very beginning, Andrea, our host, was amazing, friendly, quick to respond, and made everything effortless, even when we decided to extend our stay an extra night.The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for families, with plenty of space to relax after a day of fun on the water.But the real showstopper was the private boat dock with its incredible two-story design and diving platform! We spent endless hours jumping from the top deck, lounging on the floating pad, and soaking up the peaceful views. The kids loved taking the canoe out for a ride around the cove, and we never had to worry because the water was nice and deep at the dock perfect for swimming and playing.From mornings sipping coffee on the deck to evenings watching the sunset over the lake, every moment felt magical. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to unwind, reconnect, and have some serious fun on the water, this property checks every box. We’re already planning our next visit!

Fantastic.

My stay was fantastic. The house is so beautiful. The views are amazing! We really enjoyed just hanging out and resting. The house was quiet and very comfortable. It is so nice to hear the waves and water of the lake. The house was very clean and very pretty. It was a great stay. We would stay here again. The best lake house

What an amazing house, it really made our special trip so wonderful. The location on the lake, the size of the house, the amenities it has are all fantastic. We were celebrating two big birthdays and wanted a place for us to all relax and spend some quality time together, this place couldnt have been any better for us. The decks are wonderful, the views are amazing and to have your own dock on the water to relax, swim and have fun was brilliant. I couldnt recommend this place enough, it really is great for our needs. Thank you so so much.

Quaint, quirky, and absolutely perfect!

This house is so cute with a treehouse vibe. It’s small but they made the best use of the space and our family of 5 enjoyed being close. The hosts are extremely generous with letting guests use their dock, canoe, lily pad, 2 SUP’s and the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need! Property was very clean and well-maintained. The cove is peaceful and perfect! However, I would not feel comfortable renting here with younger children or elderly. The climb down to the dock is extremely steep with no handrails. There is a sharp drop off with no barrier on the yard under the house or the parking area. We really loved our stay and just pray no one gets hurt at this amazing property!

Nice view and comfortable home

The house itself was wonderful! Very modern and cozy. The lake level was down a lot so no using boat ramp next to house. We had to travel over an hour for closest ramp which is in no way a reflection of property. Just information for future renters looking for property with boat ramp nearby. With water level so low … the hike from house to boat dock is very strenuous. And steep. In total it is roughly 100 steps up a steep incline. I would not recommend to someone elderly or with small children. The property owner is very quick to reply to any messages or issues. And was very empathetic about boat ramp issue. Also currently, June 2024, construction is going on next door so it is loud and construction vehicles have been blocking the road coming and going from house. All in all, we had a good time, but will check out water levels and other criteria in any future stays.

Nice and Clean Lake House

We had a great stay. The house was very clean house fully stocked with all kitchen essentials, hand and dish soaps and paper products. Boat dock on the lake is beautiful, but challenging to get to. Very steep concrete stairs leading down to it but lots of fun once you get there. 2 paddle boards (decent shape) and a canoe (good shape) were available. Communication with the host Andrea was awesome. She was super responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house in secluded area

House and layout were perfect for our family of 4. My adult son was uncomfortable on mattress in double room, so may be better suited for children. We were there (May 2024) when water was very low. There was plenty of water in the deep cove for any activities, but be aware the stairs down to water level are very steep with no handrails (appx 30 stairs). As water levels (and dock) rise, this would not be an issue.

Perfect family summer wind down

Host was very responsive to questions. Great communication. Kitchen & grill were equipped with all amenities. Surprised to find Lily Pad and 2 SUPs in addition to listed kayak. Quiet deep cove. Amazing views. Of note, stairs and ramp leading to dock are a little steep. It was fine for myself and college age kids as we are all reasonably fit. We would definitely recommend and stay here again! It was a fantastic getaway from the city!!

i want to live here

house was perfect for us. not far from a nice gas station and liquor store. dock is awesome but getting down from the house to the dock is a bit treacherous and steep due to the landscape. if you have any mobility issues or small children this is not a place for you. breath taking views and adorable/quiet neighborhood. clean grill and outdoor patio area.

Epic Vacation!

We had a fantastic stay at North Shore! Everything in the listing's description was exactly as stated. Comfy living, great location and the use of the boat dock was key to making it a perfect vacation. Communication with host was spot on. Perfect!

I just spent a week here with my family, and it was perfect for us! My kids are 11, 8, and 8, and they loved jumping off the deck and swimming in the cove. The house was well stocked, clean, and just perfect for us! It was located just right that we were able to watch both sunsets and sunrises. It was also super close to two boat rental places which we took full advantage of during the week. I would stay here again if possible!

Amazing Location and Property

This is our third time renting a house on Lake Travis and this was our favorite house so far. The views from the house are amazing and the dock added a whole extra level of fun. Everything in the house was comfortable and clean. The only downside (nothing to do with the house) us that there aren't many grocery stores on that side of the lake and driving to the more populated parts of the lake or to Austin takes quite a while. But the quiet and peacefulness of the area more than makes up for the extra drive time.

Spacious lake house - fun boat dock

The home is wonderful and can easily accommodate six people. Two of us had to work virtually all day and the WiFi was strong and reliable. The two level boat dock was very fun and the view from the house is amazing.
