Lagoasis - Waterfront property with plenty of space and privacy

PLEASE READ FIRST - at this time, due to the low lake levels Lake Travis is experiencing, the Boat Dock for this house is currently NOT usable. With this in mind, Arkansas Bend, a state park with access to water, is located just minutes down the road.
*We have another VRBO house only two houses away with a dock that still has water access, and depending on availability it could be available to use.*

Tucked away in the North Shore part of Lago Vista, this house has everything you'll want and need for a stay at the lake.

The house itself is a little unique. The upper level of the house is what you will first see upon pulling up in the driveway. This level has the kitchen, living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen. This is also where the washer and dryer sit.

The lower level of the house is accessible through an exterior door. This space contains two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the second with two bunkbeds that contain a trundle. There is also a small living area with a foosball table and air hockey table, as well as a third bunkbed with a trundle.

Both the first and second floors of the house have a patio for outdoor entertaining. A walkway was recently installed on the property, leading down to the lake, where a newly installed dock sits. It’s a little guy, but it houses all of the fun stuff you need to enjoy your time in the water.

Guest Access
There is plenty of space to park your vehicles. We do request that a maximum of five cars be parked in the driveway for your stay.

Other things to note
We are happy to have your dogs at the house! We do ask that they do not exceed 45 lbs, and we will charge a $50 pet fee per dog, with a maximum of two dogs at the property.
