Lake Travis Chic with MILES of views and Awesome amenities

Nestled atop a soaring cliff overlooking the vast expanse of Lake Travis, this magnificent abode offers unparalleled panoramic views of the cool, clear waters below. With two stories of expansive covered patios, guests can soak in the awe-inspiring sunrise and sunsets from every angle. As night falls, they can relish the refreshing Lake breezes and marvel at the mesmerizing blanket of Texas sized stars overhead. 

Upon entering, guests are welcomed by a chic and comfortable living area complete with a large smart TV and abundant seating for all.Fully stocked island kitchen with double ovens, keurig coffee maker with pods included, dining room that easily seats 8 plus. Two bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms on main floor - Bedroom #1 - King bed, seating area, large walk-in closet, walk in shower, double sinks w/smart tv in the middle, soak tub and private doors leading to outdoor living area. Bedroom #2 - Queen bed, work desk, ADA compliant walk-in shower and a private door leading to a private outdoor seating space. in addition the Main floor includes a office/work area plus full size washer and dryer. 

The private second floor can be accessed through a locked staircase door and offers a game room with a smart TV, gaming device, board games, poker/game table, and a kitchenette bar w/small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms - bedroom #3 - Queen size bed, smart tv, private door leading to private seating area, private bathroom, shared shower/tub combo. Bedroom #4 - "the bunk room" 7 twin sized beds (one is a fold out) each bunk includes a reading light w/usb charging port, smart tv plus a small desk. Both upper and lower patios are equipped with large smart tv's that have the ability to watch most sporting games through FUBO. 

The exterior is equally impressive with ample parking (easy trailer parking on the bottom landings, seamless parking for at least 10 vehicles) and a private hot/cold tub.

Guests will also have access to Lake access (includes Cody Parks boat launch that is open when the Lake is down. Check their website), indoor fishing well, marina/park, beach areas (the water is down but its still nice, deep and cool!), BAR K Park and tennis courts, basketball court and sparkling pool! With such stunning surroundings and exceptional amenities, this oasis is sure to leave guests in awe. 

Located within minutes from a food truck park, locally owned eateries and bars, 7 days a week live music and great food w/an indoor/outdoor atmosphere + game room at The Lucky Rabbit (10 minute drive). Captain Pete's Boathouse is a great restaurant/bar that is family friendly and the kids will love feeding the fish! Multiple boat launches, Volente Beach Water Park (35 minute drive), Bob Wentz Park/The Oasis Bar/Brewery/Windy Point (30 minute drive). ATV/UTV Hidden Falls Adventure Park is only 30 minute drive!

Owner didn’t tell Vrbo we rented it for the weekend so it wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. Guest has to clean and do some wash. Approved early check in but couldn’t get owner to answer phone or text to give us code. Housekeeper was called and was cleaning while our guests were arriving. Asked for cleaning fee to be reimbursed.

Amazing Stay

The property is spacious and can sleep so many people. This property DOES NOT have a private pool despite listing it as an amenity. Spectacular west view over the lake. Kitchen accoutrements are sparse but there is enough plates and bowls. It is not a gourmet kitchen, convection oven is very noisy, cooktop instructions are incomplete. Management company was slow to respond and we a had to escalate to VRBO to get a response.when they did, they gave us the wrong code

Spacious lake-view home with very considerate hosts

With a lack of previous reviews, I was nervous the property might not be up to par, but it couldn't have been farther from the truth. Our group of nine men were looking for a large property near Austin that would allow us to build community and this property fit the bill perfectly. Hillside multi-level lakefront property with lots of space for yoga/meditation, communal discussions and exercises, and breaking bread together. An open kitchen with a small island, two ovens, and a large table where we could all gather was exactly what we needed. Quick hint: if the stovetop has a single red light in lower left and is unresponsive - that is the child lock and needs to be pressed down for 10 seconds to unlock the stovetop. The rooms were fully furnished with bedding that was comfortable (vs plain hotel-type thin sheets and pillows) and much consideration for guests by having easily accessible power outlets and individual lamps on each bedside table. The bunk room has a reading light and USB port on each of the 6 bunks. If that's not enough to make a decision, the details are what impressed the group the most. All common items were labeled, including kitchen drawers, every light switch, and all the bathroom kits. In this rare instance, we felt the rental property pictures didn't do justice for what we actually experienced. Although there were few communication delays over the weekend, it did not stop us from having a blast. Great experience, wonderful hosts. We'll be back.
