    La casa stato completato ristrutturato con splendidi pavimenti in cemento colorato in tutto, nuova cucina e bagni, ponte enorme, e una veranda con vista sul lago, con un sacco di finestre e di una rilassante vasca idromassaggio. La cucina è splendida, con tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inox, a gas di fascia alta, di granito e mattonelle di vetro. I bagni sono dotati di vetro personalizzati piastrelle vasca e doccia circonda, ripiani in granito e vasi lavello personalizzati. Tutti i mobili, biancheria da letto, lenzuola, e l'arredamento è nuovo (giugno 2013). Naturalmente la casa dispone di aria centrale e calore in tutto e ventilatori a soffitto in ogni camera. Il soggiorno ha molti posti a sedere e la sala da pranzo può ospitare fino a 8 adulti. Il grande ponte ha un sacco di posti a sedere con un tavolo da picnic e un patio tavolo e sedie. È veramente una bella vista - specialmente al tramonto! Ovviamente c'è anche la connessione Wifi gratuita.

    Nota: mentre il lago offre una splendida vista, è di proprietà privata e gli ospiti non hanno accesso all'acqua.

Super house in a super location

We spend Christmas in Austin each year with three daughters and their families so a big house in a neutral location is mandatory. This house had it all - roomy, view, location location location! Groceries 5 minutes, tons of dining options 5 minutes, movie theatres 5 minutes and the list goes on. We will be back!

Wonderful House

Great place for a small family reunion. One from Hawaii, one from Norway, the others from various parts from Texas. The beds were stellar. Everything we needed was provided. Will return.

Great vacation for visiting with friends and bringing children

We had a great time at this property. Two families and their kids stayed here, and it was perfect for that. The hot tub overlooking the lake was great. Everything in the listing was 100% accurate. It was a great location for making many half day or full day trips to various amenities in the area. Would recommend this property to others.

Good location for The Domain

This is our second stay at this property for a work trip. Ideally located 10 mins from The Domain where my company are located. The property has 4 good sized double / king rooms and plenty of space. The property location is nice and quiet with nice views over the lake.

Great place to stay.

This house is large and very clean and has the bonus of supplying paper towels, bath tissue and even a first aide kit! It is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood which is convenient to everything we needed. Downtown Austin is only about a 20 minute drive away. We much enjoyed the deck with a lovely view of a lake. The hot tub made the house extra special. I doubt if we will make it back to Austin, but if we do we would stay here again in a minute.

Great Stay!

This home was on a good neighborhood, good location for us exploring the area, and was clean and very well equipped! We had a blast playing the board games and putting puzzles together, and spending the evening in the hot tub. Fluffy towels and everything we could possibly need was provided! Thanks for welcoming us into your lovely home!

Perfect house for weekend stay!!

This house was just what we needed for our long weekend in Austin. The location was great for where we needed to be and the house and amenities were wonderful! We enjoyed the hot tub as well!! It was so nice to be able to all stay together and not be separated like in a hotel!!

Best place I've stayed in Austin so far

Close to Domain this house is in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view on a small lake. The homeowners are super nice and respond quick to all questions. With 4 bedrooms and spacious living room this house is perfect for a group of friends or a family get together. The furniture is brand new, the Beds are comfy and the whole house is nicely decorated. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. The deck is perfect if weather permits. And the Hottub is a huge bonus. Don't look any further. You cannot go wrong with this one.

The owners were extremely kind and helpful with any questions throughout the process. The house was spacious and clean and the view of the lake was beautiful. The house was perfect for my daughter's wedding! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in Austin.

Great Family Stay

This cute house was the perfect thing for our family on a recent trip to Austin that was an extended visit. So much more comfortable than a hotel! Plenty of room to move around, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked, and the bonus hot tub was a hit! The house has been masterfully remodeled and even little details noted to make it feel like home. The home owners responded quickly to any and every need. The neighborhood is centrally located and so convenient. Will certainly be coming back to an Allandale property in the future.

Super clean and just perfect!

The property was extremely clean and ready for our visit! Beautiful views of the lake from 2 bedrooms and the back deck. The neighborhood is charming, quiet and easy to find. The location was perfect as it was 15-20 min from downtown. Tons of shopping, restaurants and activities only minutes away. This place will definitely be on our list for future visits to Austin! Relaxing quiet nieghborhood, with plenty of space

The place was stocked with everything we needed from a pack-n-play to 4 large beds. They had extra trash bags, grocery bags, and other little must have items that the average person wouldn't think about, but are definite must haves. There were even DVDs for the kids to watch (along with some for the other adults). Hot Tub was clean and in top working order. The view of the quarry was great to wake up to. I would recommend to anyone looking for a chill spot, wanting to feel at home, away from home.

Great Cozy Home

My family and I spent the New Year's weekend at the Cribbs house in Austin. I have to say that the house is very well maintained and looks like it has been recently remodel so everything looks new inside. The house has a lake view that's nice to enjoy even in winter time. I can imagine the views are prettier in summer. Overall our stay was very pleasant, everything we needed was there we had a great time at this rental location. :)

Loved the home!

Property is well kept and clean. Plenty of bedding and towels. Owners were responsive with questions. Quiet location, street was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Had coffee on deck, watching the ducks in the water float along. Plenty of parking. I would stay again, when I am in the area.

Great retreat for a family get away

First, I had seen one review mentioning the quality of the deck. It has been replaced and was in great condition. Sadly, we were here during the weekend of Hurricane Harvey so we didn't get to enjoy the BBQ or outside much. That being said, there is a huge TV, great kitchen, fast internet and comfortable furniture. You can congregate in the living room or spread out. We had one (very minor) issue with the front door and Greg was super responsive and it was fixed in minutes. You are 5 minutes away from some fantastic new neighborhoods (north end I think) and with that you get new options for shopping and restaurants. Great owner, great house, great neighborhood. I highly suggest this property.

Great place to stay with families

We had two families who really enjoyed this house. Easy to keep clean with lots of kiddos. All the things you need to keep them happy. Could use a few more utensils and plates/bowls. Thanks for having us.

property photographs misleading

The home all though very clean is an older home. The deck and outside area of the house is in need of repair with rotting wood in several areas. The fence is falling down and was somewhat over grown. The pictures seem to have been taken quite some time ago. The grill area pictured in the photos did not exist. In its place was a rusting small grill. We had specifically planned to grill for our group and were not able to cook all the food in one batch. The information we were given upon arrival says that you may have trouble with the toilets stopping up and we did. For the price we paid (over $1700 in rental fees), we felt that the home is overpriced in comparison to other rentals we have stayed in at that same price range.
