A Perfect Little 1 Room House

The area was in close proximity to ALL the happenings. Room was a studio type space, but not cramped at all. It had everything you could think of & even some things you hadn't thought of. Even though there was just a mini fridge & microwave there was a rolling cart inside with all you needed for a quick breakfast or lunch; knives. Cutting board plates, bowls. & etc. We never saw or heard hosts, but that was OK because we had everything we needed & I was communicating via VRBO messages before & he was very responsive. with all kitchen

The little flat ever

This was the perfect little place to stay with easy access to all UT sports events. The area was great for bicycling. The owners were very kind. We'll be back.

Great spot for Austin adventure!

Clean, comfortable, convenient! Ryan is a great host and his Eastside Flats are the perfect home base for a trip to the Austin area! Highly recomend!

Homey vibes

Great, clean, comfortable stay. They provided snacks, all soaps for the shower and an abundance of towels and kitchen supplies. Staying right in their backyard was such a unique experience.

Perfect place for an Austin stay

This flat was very clean and comfortable and is located near downtown Austin. Everything is just as described on the site. It was more private than I expected. No problems, just a great place to stay.

Two nights on business traveling to downtown Austin each day… this place was perfect for one (or two). Don’t expect “the Ritz” but do expect the ideal place that is close to everything and reasonably priced and is quintessential Austin!

Ryan's Lower Flat

The rental flat was within walking distance to small restaurants--we took advantage of the proximity and ate at three of them! The flat had all of the items we needed for a weekend stay--coffee, tea, fridge, microwave, utensils and snacks.

Perfect long weekend getaway

We loved our stay here. The apartment is really well situated with lots to do nearby and within a short Uber ride of downtown. Ryan was super friendly and helpful and the whole process was really smooth and pleasant.

Perfect lodging in Austin

This fully equipped studio apartment had everything I needed for a week’s stay in Austin. The bed was SO comfortable and everything was clean and as described. Ryan was so friendly and helpful, yet I had my privacy. The location was quiet yet walking distance for coffee, restaurants and a convenience store. I’ll definitely stay here again when I come to Austin.

Cozy and great location

I was super-comfortable at the ground floor flat. Ryan was very accommodating and kind, and the flat had all I needed. Wifi is fast and reliable. Location is very convenient for restaurants of East Austin, downtown, UT etc. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location, Clean Guesthouse

This was a great home base during our short stay in Austin. Close to several great restaurants and bars, but still no worry about parking. Ryan was also friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if in the area!

Great Property and Owner

My wife and I booked this property for a weekend getaway in Austin. The property is very true to the pictures, in fact it looks even better in person. The Lyfts and Ubers we took to and from the property were around $10-$12 each way, so we weren’t really far from any of the action. The night we checked in we got to the flat and the A/C was not working properly. The owner wasn’t even in the country and he lined up someone to come install a portable A/C unit. So nice!!!! The communication with the owner was smooth and easy. He went above and beyond to fix the issue for us. After the portable A/C unit was installed the rest of our weekend was a blast! We look forward to being back in Austin and staying here again! We’ll definitely be back soon!!!
