Checking in was easy. Upon arrival the home was very HOT inside! The thermostat to control the air temperature batteries were low. After trying multiple times to get the temperature to change we were finally able to get it to a cool temperature. The kids couldn’t get into the pool on our first day & half of the second day of our stay because it was never clean before we arrived, therefore that pushed our plans back because we had to wait for the pool technician to come. The filters wasn’t flowing correctly & the water fall never came on. We were never able to get into the jacuzzi our whole stay because a “pool technician” was supposed to come once again to fix the jetts but never did. In the master bedroom bathroom you can tell it was a tub that used to be there because it’s 2 holes just there on the floor. Nothing was covering it up for safety caution. The downstairs floor literally had no blinds or curtains on any of the windows. My family & I had no privacy down there. It was a FLY INFESTATION & last but not least the refrigerator didn’t make any ice. Thank God a Walmart was close by for us to purchase bags of ice. A water park was near also so that was good.
