The space
This home features three thoughtfully designed bedrooms, including a spacious primary suite with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bunk room with full-size beds — ideal for groups and additional guests. Two full bathrooms provide comfort and convenience for your stay.

The home includes a fully equipped game room with a slate pool table and darts, perfect for entertainment and group fun. The open living, kitchen, and dining areas create an easy flow for relaxing, cooking, and gathering together.

Outdoors, enjoy a private backyard with a heated pool, spa, and sauna, along with daybeds, in-pool loungers, outdoor seating, dining space, and room to relax and unwind.

Pool Heating (Optional)
Pool heating is available for $100 per night, with a target temperature of approximately 84°F. Please request in advance so we can have everything ready for your stay.

Spa / Hot Tub
The spa is complimentary for guests. Please note the pool and spa cannot be heated at the same time.

Weather Considerations
Pool and spa heating may be unavailable if outdoor temperatures drop below 40°F to protect equipment and ensure proper operation.

Outdoor Amenities
Guests have full access to outdoor games and premium pool accessories, including cornhole, putting game, golf pong, and luxury floating loungers.

House Standards
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking inside the home will result in a minimum $500 fee.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours begin at 10:30 PM. To respect neighbors and maintain a high-quality guest experience, outdoor and backyard use is not permitted after this time. Noise violations may result in fines of $500–$2,000.
