  • NON PUAT BATTERE QUESTA POSIZIONE - Un gioiello raro - vivi la città come un locale. Costruita nel 1907, è una delle più grandi case storiche rimaste nell'East Side alla moda di Austin. Proprio in centro, a soli 2 isolati da Rainey Street, caffetterie, ristoranti, sentieri per escursioni / jogging e Town Lake, questa casa restaurata con cura è un'oasi di tranquillità con spazio a disposizione. Perfetto per gruppi. Pavimenti in legno di 100 anni, portici tentacolari, pareti originali di navi, dettagli vintage ... è unico!

    Completamente restaurato e rinnovato: 5 camere da letto, 3 bagni, un sacco di spazio da pranzo e portici coperti sia davanti che dietro la casa. Alberi di pecan ombreggiano i cortili e una recinzione moderna personalizzata mantiene la privacy intorno all'intera proprietà. Cortile ha pallacanestro, buca di mais e palla da biliardo. Calcio balilla in casa.

    Questa è la nostra CASA ed è progettata per il massimo comfort.

    Tre materassi gemelli supplementari IKEA possono essere utilizzati ovunque. C'è spazio in ciascuna delle camere matrimoniali o nella camera matrimoniale al piano superiore blu / verde per posizionare un materasso extra sul pavimento.


    CUCINA
    È completamente fornito di pentole, padelle, utensili da cucina, ecc. Non immagazziniamo articoli per la dispensa (cibo, condimenti, ecc. Per gli ospiti. Dovrai fornire il tuo.)

    ACQUA CALDA
    Uno scaldabagno senza serbatoio significa che non rimarrai mai senza acqua calda. Evviva!

    BAGNI
    La casa dispone di 3 bagni completi e molti asciugamani.

    ALL'APERTO
    Gli spazi esterni sono la mia caratteristica preferita di questa casa. Abbiamo tonnellate di giochi da giardino da condividere, tra cui buche di mais, ping pong, lancio della scala e pallacanestro. I portici ombreggiati consentono a un gruppo di espandersi e godersi il bel tempo del Texas.

    Assolutamente niente feste. Questa è la nostra casa (non solo una casa in affitto), quindi per favore aiutaci a prenderci cura di essa. Tutti devono obbedire alle regole della città, incluso il coprifuoco alle 22:00.

    Amiamo i nostri vicini e amiamo il nostro vicinato. Vogliamo mantenerlo così. Si prega di mantenere il rumore all'interno.

Stayed here for my 30th birthday weekend and it was absolutely perfect. Rooms were quiet if people were playing music in the kitchen / living room, comfortable beds, walking distance to 6th st bars, Rainey st! Host communication was awesome, would 100% recommend anyone to stay here!

Perfect for Groups!

We stayed at Shannon's house for a bachelorette and it was PERFECT- location, amenities, layout, the works. Her home is beautifully decorated and outfitted with everything you'd need for a weekend away. Walkable to Lady Bird Trail, Juiceland, Target, Bars, Coffee and more. Would 100% stay here again!

Excellent property for a girls weekend

The home is perfect for a weekend with friends. It was well stocked with everything we needed, plenty of bedrooms and great outdoor space off the kitchen--and the location was convenient for us to either walk or take a short Uber ride. Definitely recommend.

My team stayed here for a team offsite. It was wonderful to have this big space for meetings, breakfast, and sunset drinks. The space is beautiful also and Shannon was incredibly responsive and helpful! Hope to be back next year!

Thanksgiving in Austin

This really is a charming historic house in Downtown Austin. We were a family of 8 ranging in age from 31 to 70 from around the country meeting for Thanksgiving. There are plenty of bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, and the location was great. We were able to explore much of the city -- mostly on foot -- from this spot. Highly recommend!

Moms get away!

Had a great time! plenty of room for 12 of us. clean and kitchen was stocked full. we only wish it was closer to town. Did have to uber everywhere which they did come in a few min every time so wasn't a big deal. Had lots of great memories!

Family trip to Austin

We visited Austin for a wedding and since we had mix of ages with our guest we wanted to stay closer to downtown for restaurants and things to do, and this property was perfect for that! We loved that it was a historical style home but updated and functional. We traveled with little ones ranging from 9 months to 3 years old and there was plenty of space and the home felt safe for our group. The back deck was so nice to hang out and eat as a group. We loved this rental so much, if we go back to Austin we will definitely be returning!

Great communication with property manager! House had plenty of room and was very cozy. A couple of minor issues (garbage not being picked up and no where for us to toss garbage, and a leak in the bathroom), but we managed and Shannon was great in helping to accommodate us!

A great Friendsgiving in austin

We are 3 friends who went to college together and then moved to different parts of the country. We reunited with our families for a few days during the thanksgiving break. The house was spacious, comfortable and clean. Lots of room for groups to hang out in lots of spaces. We especially loved hanging around the fire pit! Highly recommend!

Awesome stay!

I stayed here with a group of 10 women (all in our 40s) for our annual girls trip. The house is fantastic, plenty of room for all of us, and just a very unique, historic home. The location is also great, super close to downtown if you don’t mind walking or a short karaoke-cab ride away. Yes they have karaoke-cabs here! Shannon was very responsive the few times we had a question and the house is well-stocked with anything you need. Would definitely stay again!

Great for Bachelorettes!

Overall we had a great stay. Positives: Bachelorette drawer with extra supplies!! Lots of space and seating. Comfortable beds. Excellent communication from the host. Really fun outdoor space - though admittedly we did not take advantage because it was so hot. Negatives: There were not parking permits so we had to find street parking which was hit or miss. There were a lot of homeless people in the area so it wasn't as walkable as we were hoping.

The best rental experience I have ever had!

I cannot say enough good things about this home. Firstly, Shannon is amazing. So communicative and kind. Second, the house was exactly like the listing and even better in person. There’s a “pay it forward” mentality with the home where previous bachelorettes left behind decor and favors to use and we were so excited to be able to do the same. Truly, this house is so perfect. The beds are the most comfortable beds, the house is decorated beautifully, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. I cannot recommend this home enough!!!!
