We provide all of our guests a starter kit of consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, etc. Guests can purchase any additional consumables from nearby stores that they think you might need during their stay beyond what's included in the starter kit.
We have recently changed the coffee table from what is shown in the photos. The updated table is different from what you might see in the images, but it is equally functional and stylish.
The apartment complex may run maintenance or clean the gym, and other shared amenities as they see fit at any time. Please be aware.
Health, safety, and the well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we have a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each guest checks out. Please be aware that Texas is known for having all sorts of bugs and creatures, especially during the summer, that wander around and can sometimes get into the home. Bugs and creatures such as silverfish, earwigs, cockroaches/waterbugs, scorpions, spiders, wasps, mosquitoes, flies, snails, moths, ants, etc. are all very common in Texas and the South in general, and might show up in the home from time-to-time. The presence of a few of these critters does not indicate any sort of infestation in the home, as usually, it's just the critters trying to escape the blistering heat or the freezing cold like everyone else.
As Texas temperature starts to heat up, please be aware that your units' AC may only cool down to a certain temperature, especially if the blinds are opened or the unit gets sunlight. Rest assured the AC is working fine as of this writing based on regular inspection

This is a huge rip off.. they did not tell how many remotes are there in the apartment and after we left claimed that the remote was missing. They charged a lump sum amount for fixing a clogged toilet as well as waste disposal. NEVER RENT THIS PLACE!!!!
