Serenita Estate offers a versatile array of spaces, allowing you to design a seamless and beautiful weekend gathering. The large oaks and lights in the gazebo area creates a perfect romantic backdrop. Guests can enjoy cocktails either poolside or on the expansive event deck, complete with comfortable seating, glowing firepit tables, and panoramic Hill Country views.

Event Tent Rentals: Please note that an event tent is not included with your reservation or nightly rate. If you would like to add a tent for your gathering or event, we work with local event tent companies and are happy to connect you with them to coordinate a separate rental.

RULES:

For cancellations, please note that the 3.5% credit card processing fee on any amount paid is non-refundable.

We also charge a minimum of $150 for an unapproved late checkout.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violating our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.

We only host groups where the primary renter is above the age of 25+ years old. Will need ID verification.

Heads up: If the temperature drops below 40°F, certain functions of the pool or spa may not be available, including heating.

Pet Fee is $300 (max of 2). This is a one-time, non-refundable fee as it causes a lot of extra cleaning for our crew, extra wear, and tear on the house and we have to shampoo the furniture as we have some guests who are allergic to pets.

No events, parties, or additional guests beyond the number on your reservation without prior approval. An additional event fee will apply to all approved events. Event tents are not included in the booking or event fee and must be rented separately. We’re happy to connect you with our preferred local tent rental companies.
