• Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the home.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 2 vehicles; additional street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Stairs: This is a two-level home; stairs are required to access second-floor areas.

• Pet policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! 2 pets are allowed per stay. An additional fee of $75 per pet applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet(s) • in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet(s) and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone, and please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

• Security cameras: There is one exterior Ring doorbell camera at the front door that records audio and video of the entry area only. No interior cameras.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.
