Situato nel cuore del popolare quartiere di 78704 Austin nel quartiere Bouldin. Se volete vedere Austin questo è dove si vuole essere. Vicino a tutto ciò che Austin ha da offrire che si tratti di Barton Springs, The Center of Performing Arts a lungo, Lady Bird Lake, Zachary Scott teatro, Austins Hike e percorsi per mountain bike o le immagini ei suoni del centro si sarà tra 0. 5 a 1. 5 miglia di tutti questi luoghi. I pavimenti sono legni duri originali con cucina piastrellata e bagno. ventilatori a soffitto in entrambe le camere da letto e soggiorno. LCD, HDTV e un sistema di aggancio / altoparlanti ipod. Gli arredi sono ben arredate con nuovi letti, lenzuola e cuscini comodi. Il caffè fresco intero chicco previsto per il vostro piacere.

Great location.

Bouldin is an awesome neighborhood right outside downtown. The house met my needs and was comfortable and clean. It is a no-frills small home that checks the boxes, and the hosts were very responsive.

Best Location and Great Host

Excellent location, comfortable home

My stay at hill house was great! The house was clean, bed was comfortable, and the location was not only quiet but convenient to everything in Austin. This corner property is also a great spot for dog watching, as people in the area walk their dogs to the park across the s treet that has a trail.

Exactly as described and it was a great stay.

We had a great time in Austin and the property is very well maintained, probably a step above others in terms of quality of cookware and stocking of the kitchen.It was everything we wanted it to be and we all had a lovely time in Austin.

Quiet neighborhood, thoughtful touches

We really enjoyed our weekend at this property. Great restaurants are within a short walking distance, the neighborhood is safe and quiet, and there are thoughtful touches which made our stay perfect. We enjoyed a dip in Barton Springs pool and were so glad the home owners provided beach towels. The backyard was perfect for our dogs to chase their tennis ball and also was nicely shaded by a beautiful oak tree. We will definitely try to return to this home next time we are in Austin for a weekend.

Great stay!

Comfortable and great “home base” for our stay in Austin! Location was ideal for events at the Palmer Event center. So many great food and activity options nearby. Thanks to Carole for recommending Barton Springs Pool…it was the a family favorite!

Great spot for the family

Carol was so helpful to bring out a high hair and pack & play for our baby. She also checked in to make sure everything was fine which was nice. The AC was nice and cool for a heat wave that melted us Pacific Northwest visitors. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay in Austin

We came here to stay for the weekend for a family wedding at a venue nearby. The hosts are great and very communicative and made our stay here memorable for a variety of reasons. Great location with lots to do nearby, great neighborhood to walk around in (and very safe) and the house was great to stay in — everything you see in the pictures. Highly recommend staying here.

Great location!

Cute little house in great location. Very clean and well stocked. Several outdoor spaces to enjoy the weather. Located across the street from a small park and walking trail. We stayed for ACL Music Festival and the house was easily walkable to Zilker. They kept the old charm of the house without it feeling dated. Owner was nearby and very responsive.

Weekend Stay

This house worked perfectly for my family of 5. It sits in a quiet neighborhood in a great location that is close to a lot of terrific Austin attractions. It was very nice to have a couple of outdoor areas, including the park / walking trail across the street.

Great Location

We had a great weekend stay! The house was very clean and in a great location. Communication was easy and check in/checkout were a breeze. The beds were a little firm and squeaky, but we had a great overall stay.

This house is an absolute gem. The house is in a perfect location and the hosts were so welcoming. Can’t recommend enough and next time we’re in Austin this will be our first choice.

Perfection!

The place was perfect for our trip to Austin with our 9 month old son. Our hosts provided excellent recommendations, and so much was within walking distance. The house is was the perfect set up for a small family, and they even provided a crib and high chair for us. We’re already trying to figure out when we can come back!!

Comfortable and cozy oasis in a great location

Everything about the house was comfortable including the bed! We had everything we needed and the backyard was well appointed (lounge chairs, table, grill) and perfect for our senior dog. Cute and quiet neighborhood. Carole was a super host and checked in several times to make sure everything was OK. We would stay here again.

Great Location!

We shortened our stay because of the world! We are healthy but felt the need to go home. Carole was so great! The house is just as described! Plenty of street parking, great walking to everything. We'll be back to continue our discovery of Austin.

Great location and so clean!

We loved this property. Everything was so clean and well organized. My husband and I were here with our daughter, her husband and 3 month old baby for a wedding. The house had everything we needed. They even supplied the pack and play! Cute little areas to relax outside from a side porch to back yard seating. Owners were very helpful and easy to reach.

Beautiful home/ fantastic location!

This two bedroom bungalow is perfect in every way. Situated in a lovely, quiet and tree-lined neighborhood, yet just a few blocks from great restaurants and shops. The house was spotless, and has everything you need The backyard is great with plenty of space for your dog to run and play. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful. We will stay here again!
