This boho family home is located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood where you get the taste of living like a local. Spacious rooms and high ceilings are perfect for family gatherings. This large suburban home is set on a quiet street. The main floor has high ceilings with a cozy living room, dining area with a full kitchen. The kitchen will have everything you`ll need for a meal. The main bedroom with a king bed is found on the main floor as well. The roomy, updated bathroom is luscious.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The first two rooms have queen beds and the very large room has two queen beds. All have closets and share a full, updated bathroom.

The backyard, with shady trees has a deck with picnic table. The space is wonderful for a family gathering or group of friends.

The key pad makes coming and going easy! We live in Austin, so we will be around if there is an issue.

This spacious, modern house is only 10 minutes from The Domain, where there are many wonderful stores to shop at like Lush Cosmetics, Amazon Books, Free People, Neiman Marcus and more. Restaurant-wise you`ll find Yardhouse, Blue sushi, Pressed Juicery, Flowerchild all close by. For walking distance try Juiceland on W Palmer Lane.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Is the yard fenced?
Yes. The backyard is fenced.

Is noise an issue?
No. the house is on a quiet street with quiet neighbors.

What is the parking situation?
There is plenty of parking for a car or two in the driveway and plenty more on the street.

Is the space wheelchair friendly?
There is a small step to the house then the downstairs is open with plenty of space. The primary room is on the main floor.

How do I check in?
A day or two before your arrival, we send the details for your check in: address, door code, wifi info. You will be able to come and go using a code. Your personal code is activated at 3 pm, so if you request an early check in the code may not work. Just remind us!

Is a Pack n Play Available?
If you let us know ahead of time, we can have a pack n pland and/or high chair at the house for you.

Can I extend a stay?
To extend a stay, you can request through the app or message us. We will check the calendar then send confirmation with the new payout.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
We have a moderate cancellation policy. It may vary a bit between platforms, but usually 5 days prior to arrival guests may receive a full refund. If a guests wants to make changes within the five days arrival or after arrival, we cannot provide a refund.

Are pets allowed?
We love dogs and love to host but they do cause more complications for our cleaning crew. We have a limit of 2 dogs with a 100.00 pet fee. Please let us know if you are bringing your pup. If guests arrive with a pet without making prior arrangements, the fee is 250.00. Because of allergies, we cannot host cats.


Are there extra pillows?
We provided two pillows per person. For instance, a queen bed will have four sleeping pillows. We leave plenty of extra blankets as well.

Are extra guests allowed?
If you have a few (2-3) friends pop over, this is not an issues. If you have extra guests sleeping over or more than five guests for an event, please ask and we can asses:)

Is smoking allowed outside?
Yes, you are welcome to smoke outside the space. Please pick up cigarette butts. Smoking inside the home would result in a 250.00 fee for cleaning and possible blocking nights for other guests.

Could we leave our luggage?
We are able to store luggage in the space for two hours before or after check in. Let us know so our cleaners are not surprised. There is also a service (usebounce) that is an option for storing bags.

Could I have an early check-in or late checkout?
We can arrange an early or late check out. The fee is $20 per hour up to two hours. We use V.nmo for this (@PB-Austin)

What is a MUST do in Austin?
We love Barton Springs (especially in warmer months). South Congress has so much in a close proximity. Park close to Jo’s Coffee and stroll from there (shopping, cafes, music!). Vera Cruz tacos are really the best Austin has! Our Capital is gorgeous and very worth a drive by!
If any smoke smell has been detected there will be a $200-$250 fine will be issued.
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm (We love our neighbors!). As a reminder, there is absolutely no smoking inside.
