Move in day UT

We arrived late but host was gracious in helping us get into the property. The property was neat, well kept and modern. Location was fantastic. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to any traveler.

Great location and option for visiting especially if you child studies at UT Austin. We enjoyed it. The only thing to caution is if you have a large vehicle, size of parking space is tight.

We were there for a camp at UT. The location is great if you have anything on campus. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and updated. We've stayed here before and the host's are wonderful. Private gated assigned parking is nice! Will stay again in the future.

Short Stay for ACL and UT Visit

Location was great—close to everything, including public transit. Full kitchen was very nice to have! And, the host was quick to respond and very helpful!

Weekend in Austin

Property was very nice...clean and well equipped....close to university of texas. Owners gave clear instructions on check in and check out, and were very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this rental.

Very well located within the UT area

Check in was easy. Great communication with owner, who responds quickly on text for any questions we had. Quick and comprehensive. Space is very nice. Kitchen has all the basics for ones needs. Beds are comfortable. Parking is easy. I would stay there again when visiting Austin.

UT Orientation

We loved the location of the condo and the close proximity to the University. The condo was nicely renovated and clean. The condo was a perfect fit for my wife, my teenage son who accompanied us, and myself. We would stay here again in the future.

Eclipse visit

Great location in walkable neighborhood. Visited with my sisters to celebrate a birthday and view the eclipse. Didn't cook in kitchen but it was well stocked with supplies and apartment was quite comfortable. Covered locked parking spot was great. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Austin Weekend

Location is great, especially if you have activities on the campus or nearby. Place is clean and well kept inside. Does take a little understanding to figure out where to go and park (it’s part of an apartment complex), but once figured out it is easy enough.

Great Location

This condo is conveniently located in the middle of West Campus and the owners/property managers were wonderfully responsive to all of our needs! Condo was clean and worked great for our needs. Second bathroom shower is a little dated so appears less “clean” than main bathroom. Overall our stay was great!

This is a great Vrbo for a weekend stay. The hosts are very attentive and were always helpful. We didn't understand why the temperature was 76 when the A/C takes more than 3 hours to start cooling the place and the weather in Austin was 93 outside—we recommend asking for the A/C to be set before you arrive. The beds are comfy; the bathroom and bath are a bit small, but really, you don't need them bigger. The fridge, washer, and dryer are good; they do their job. Something else was that we asked for an extended checkout, but we were told the cleaning team needs 4 hours to clean, and there was another client coming in at our checkout time. Doing the math, we could've gotten the extension for 1 hour, and there would still have been 5 hours for cleaning before 4 p.m. and the new client to come in. This bummed us out as we were obviously out all night and morning and got up early to a message from the host that we got 15 extra minutes, which wasn't really helpful or valued, to be honest, since we had already programmed the squad to roll out. Overall, it's a good place with good hosts. Maybe just 10% more common sense could make this a 5-star for us, but the squad debated between 3-4 stars; we landed on 4. Parking was good and safe.

Condo on UT Campus

We came in to Austin for a Volleyball Tournament at UT. Location is ideal and would be perfect for any sporting event (a nice 1-mile walk through campus to the stadiums). Accommodations are nice and very secure. Check-in could be improved by sending access information the day before. Thank you for your hospitality, we had a wonderful time in Austin!

You cannot beat the location if visiting UT

The apartment is conveniently located to West Campus. Walking distance to restaurants, the UT Co-op and West campus. Also close to West Campus student housing where my daughter will be living. Check-in was easy with door code, parking (2 reserved spots available) in a gated garage. Something to be aware of it is on the 2nd floor with no elevator (2 flights of stairs). Not a problem for my daughter and I but something to be cognizant of. Hosts were friendly and provided clear and timely instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for all things UT Austin!

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is clean and as described online. The location is walkable to campus. We came to visit our nephew and go to the 1st SEC football game. Great Location & 2 Parking Spaces Included

Juanita is such a kind host and communication was excellent. I never had an issue getting in contact with her and she even accommodated a last minute request to extend my stay despite a quick turnaround before the next guest came in. 2 parking spaces I closed is a huge bonus in Austin and the property is close to campus and various places in the West Campus area including a small convenience store for things you may need to grab. Thank you again to the host for the kindness they showed. We need more people like you in the world!

Girl's trip

The condo had plenty of room for 4 adult women. It was a beautiful unit. The bedding and furniture were very comfortable with high end linens.The building itself can use, and is currently being updated. There are 2 sets if stairs to get to the unit, and no elevator. You are in the heart of university housing, so lots of activity. The unit itself is quiet.The owner responded within seconds the 2 times we reached oit to him.

Great unit in a great location.

The unit was as posted. Two couples fit perfectly in the unit with plenty of room. The unit was clean and had everything necessary for a great stay. I would suggest just an extra bath towel or two in the unit. That is just my personal preference, however what was available worked fine. The gated entrance and parking garage made us feel very secure. We had many dining options in the area as well as convenience stores that were within easy walking distance. I was surprised when the unit was on the 3rd floor, but we got used to the stairs quickly. They were not an issue. We look forward to staying in the future if you son decides to attend UT. Thanks for allowing us in your home.

Good points:1) secure area, surrounded by students.2) extraordinarily quiet. No noise whatsoever at night. Slept well. Beds were good.3) owners responded very promptly and helpful when calls were made for clarification and help. Owners are respectful and polite.Downsides:1 instructions for getting into the building were vague and unhelpful. I basically needed to call the owner and have her walk me through the whole process and she had not provided an entry code for the gate into the parking area which needs to be accessed first.2. The door lock/entry system is intolerable and unacceptable. It needs to be replaced. It is ancient and almost useless.3. The lighting system in the unit is weird and barely adequate. The lights run off of remotes only for the most part except for the kitchen and one of the main lights wasn’t working at all.4. The living room furniture is old and shabby and should be replaced or at least upgraded.5. The dishware in the kitchen is very scant and poorly placed. There were no wine glasses. Not sure why that is the case.I am making these comments because I really feel like the place needs some investments made, but they are minimal investments and really wouldn’t be very expensive and would be greatly appreciated. I think over all the place is very much worth renting if just some minor improvements could be made.

UT Graduation Weekend 2022

The condo is in a gated complex with 2 parking spaces which is a big plus in west campus. It was a great location for graduation weekend. The unit itself was clean, had plenty of room for our family, and all the amenities were as represented. There was some initial miscommunications with the property manager, but we got it worked out. I would encourage the property manager to timely respond to emails within the VRBO app.
