🔹 No Pets: Strictly No Animals allowed due to allergies.
🔹 Late Checkout: Unapproved checkouts after 11:00 AM incur a $50 fee.
🔹 TV Remote: Please keep track of the remotes; replacement cost is $50 each.
🔹 EV Charging: Prohibited. Charging EVs via regular outlets incurs a $35/night fee.
🔹 Child Safety: The property is not child-proofed; constant family supervision is required.
🔹 Garbage Disposal: Strictly for small bones/food waste. No large or unprocessable items. A $100 fee applies for unclogging.
