“My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our very brief stay at the Treehouse, a beautifully-designed and very comfortable oasis in what can be a very busy part of ATX. Very impressed with the super prompt and helpful text communications with the hotel. And loved the Jura machine with coffee beans locally sourced via ATX’s own Texas Coffee Traders!”

“A hidden gem. Beautiful, clean rooms, fluffy clean sheets, new towels, hard wood floors, we also got a private balcony. A speaker in the room is a nice touch, the staff was nice. Front desk doesn't answer the phone sometimes if they're busy but they call right back. Would stay here again! ”

“It’s a beautiful historical building with the comfort ie-est pillows and bed. Super convenient location especially for film or tv festivals. Unfortunately there was no real fridge or microwave. The fridge that is there is like one that used to hold drinks however it’s so small that my go-to box from Roaring Fork didn’t fit. I had to put it on its side to get it to fit.”

“Absolutely loved this boutique hotel. Such a relaxing vibe and close to everything. Will definitely stay here the next time we visit Austin. Give it a try as you won’t be disappointed. 5 start in my book !”

“The room was noisy from outside traffic but they did provide ear plugs however if you’re not used to using them they can be uncomfortable to wear. Hotel was excellent and staff was so nice! Will ask for another room facing away from the traffic next time”

“Great experience. Parking was somewhat annoying as the only spot available was 9 floors up. Incredible staff. Note that this hotel consists of multiple floors in a residential building. The units are huge and well appointed. Would stay again.”

“Excellent hotal in a stratigic position of Austin. Bars and restaurants all around the hotel. Shame that they do not include breackfast.”

“The property is going through a renovation, so it should be given some forgiveness. I had an enjoyable stay and it was lovely. There were a couple of glitches, but nothing horrible. The pool was nice, but the rooms were AMAZING! It truly was a lovely stay.”
