“The room was clean, but there was a little trim damage in the bathroom. We were just there for a quick overnight before a morning flight. We appreciated the cold breakfast sacks, but it would have been much nicer to have the hot breakfast (served starting at 7:00am on the weekends instead of 5:30am on weekdays). Shuttle was great!”

“I recently stayed at Homewood Suites by Hilton Austin Airport and wanted to share my experience. First, I’d like to recognize Kyle at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, he was very attentive and accommodating to our needs, especially since I was traveling with two older ladies. He went out of his way to make us feel comfortable, even offering complimentary waters. His customer service truly stood out and is worth acknowledging.
