“Cool property but the staff updated my room reservation with an additional guest without my authorization. Thankfully it was a friend moving from another room but imagine it wasn’t! The point is I did not authorize it and my name was on the reservation. Not a serious deal for me personally but it could be for someone else. That should be taken very seriously. ”

“Nice place, I asked for extra bedding and towels and they didn’t hesitate to give them out. The refreshment vending machine was broken, so you do have to go out to 7-eleven after hours. ”

The toilet seat was loose, the toilet made a very loud screech a few seconds after flushing, and there was no soap (body wash or hand soap) when we got in, though they quickly brought us some bars of soap to wash hands with after we asked.
