“Not as advertised. Pool closed. Apartment had broken furniture, including the desk office chair, that my 5 year old sat in the night we arrived that literally fell over because multiple feet were bent.. Apartment is right next to trash room. Hallway smelled of narcotics and apartment had strong cleaning chemical smell. Cheap pack and play, no crib as advertised. Couch full of stains. Unit was dirty upon arrival. including someone elses hair in one of the showers. Oven still had old food...

“Only got to spend a couple of hours there but can’t recommend this hotel enough. Room was clean. Great water pressure in the shower. Steamer, hair dryer, lotions all excellent amenities. Their shuttle service to the airport was not working but they got us an Uber free of charge to accommodate us. Highly recommend to anyone needing a place in Austin”

“Everything was awesome 10’s across the board. Staff and property was up to par. The cleaners need a raise one of the most sanitary hotels I’ve been at. The location is about 20 min from downtown which is perfect. Located right by Walmart and fast food places and a liquor store ( I’m from Louisiana so, lol))”

“Perfect location by the airport ver family oriented amenities including a pool table . There is no swimming pool or jacuzzi Parking $10 a day Airport shuttle Convenient store and Waffle House in walking distance. Breakfast in am has a variety of choices (vegetarian,gluten free, oat milk etc)”

“We had a flight out of Austin so we decided to book since it was close to the airport. As soon as we entered the hotel room smelled like mold or some strange smell. We went to dinner and did some shopping and went to sleep. My husband woke up to use the bathroom and said he killed a huge roach. Definitely won't be staying here again.”

“I had just had surgery and had an organ removed, my father passed, and I had to fly into town. When I got there, it was 12 o’clock. Marcella, a young lady at the front desk cared enough to give me a room, but could not give me a key until the computers updated. I was in so much pain thank you Marcella.. Nyah immediately changed our room after our TV started to glitch. They accommodated us in every foreign fashion. If you’re passing through and want to stay close to the airport, don’t stay...

“Our stay was great overall! The studio room was modern, clean, and everything felt brand new. The only issues we encountered were with the bathroom electrical system and parking. When using the hair dryer, the bathroom lights and outlets would occasionally trip the breaker. Thankfully, the electrical panel was easily accessible, allowing us to reset it ourselves. “Room was nicer than we expected. Very cozy and lets of amenities.”

“The property is very close to Austin Bergstrom Airport which is why I stayed there. I have stayed there on two occasions. My only concern about the hotel is that both times I stayed there, a handful of homeless people mill around very near the property. It is not the fault of the hotel, but since I have seen it on both stays, I presume these are "regulars" who roam the general area. Besides that, the hotel has been pleasant to stay at.”
